We ordered the Luca dining table and 6 chairs, they were delivered yesterday and wow they are beautiful! Really great quality I’m over the moon! Delivery took around 3 weeks which was clearly communicated when we ordered, we also opted for the delivery team to assemble our furniture and I’m so glad we did, the delivery team were excellent! Would highly recommend!!

The delivery took a long time in the first place I taught that this a doggy company and not delivering the goods.
But after contacting the company and sending the table yesterday the table is amazing and would recommend the black marble table.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality, No Accountability
I purchased a set of 4 dining chairs from Lush Interior for £700, expecting a level of quality and durability that matches the price. Unfortunately, I was proven wrong almost immediately.
After just two light uses, one of the chairs’ backrests became loose and unstable.The build quality is shockingly poor, and the craftsmanship is far below acceptable standards for a so-called “luxury” furniture brand.
When I contacted Lush Interior to return the item, they refused to accept a return, citing their 14-day return window even though the defect occurred within a month and clearly reflects a product quality issue, not a change of mind. Their response lacked both responsibility and empathy.
This has been a deeply frustrating experience. I feel like I wasted £700 on something that began to fall apart almost immediately. I would strongly caution others from purchasing from this company. If this is their idea of quality and customer service, it’s clear they prioritise short-term profits over long-term trust.

We absolutely stand by the quality of our furniture and take all reports of damage or defects seriously. A faulty item is treated very differently to a standard return, and we always aim to resolve these fairly and promptly, as we did in this case.
