LuxCamp Avis 

We have used Lux Camp on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed. We booked a holiday which had to be cancelled due to covid restrictions, Lux Camp refunded our money in less than 24 hours from them cancelling and we were able to book another holiday straight away. We have booked a holiday next year also with them as they have always been so reliable.

Mobile home was clean and nice.
Well refurbished, with a good size shower!
Staff are very professional and reliable.
Easy access to beach.
Only issue is 1 key for everybody

Very easy process to book. I’ve sent a few questions and all have been answered very quickly. It’s the first time I used the site, but I’ll def use the site again, I’m very happy!

Excellent service so far with booking. All queries and amendments dealt with promptly and efficiently.
Just received campsite vouchers, everything upfront and explained in the accompanying information.

Good price that you can't find on the website of the respective campsites. I give this review before I go on vacation and before my voucher is sent. I am referring here only to the reservation.

I had to change campsites 2days before arriving, the lady I spoke to at LUX went above & beyond to make sure we were placed on the correct site, she was amazing using her own time out of hours. I can't thank her enough. We are on Le luves in Roquebrune-sur-Argens lovely pool area, restaurant has great food. Mobile home spotless, the dishwasher was a bonus too 😀 the ground are beautiful with all the flowers & trees. Thankyou we're are having an amazing time.

Currently staying at l’escalle st Gilles benodet. I have mixed reviews to be honest.

Bad points
Shop on site only opens a couple of hours a day. If you want bread, get down there by 8.30 in the morning.
Make sure you bring tea/ coffee etc with you as there is no welcome pack available (the welcome pack has only cleaning items which is not high on my list after travelling so far, a cup of tea would be far more appreciated)
If you have kids I hope they like the pool as there is not a whole lot of entertainment for them.
Very poor evening entertainment, if any. Nothing Tuesday and Wednesday at all. No atmosphere at all. The hypnotist they had on last night only spoke French which meant a lot of didn’t know what was going on! I know we are in France but entertainment should really cater for everyone!

Worst thing for us is that we are currently stuck in a row of caravans that are having their decking built. So constantly drilling sounds etc. it is like a building site and full of mud. Not nice as we are on a motorbike so very dangerous. Workmen constantly back and for with vehicles. No restaurant on site only a snack bar and a crepperie which is not open every day. Bar on site expensive. Shop is ok for emergency provisions. Would we use Luxcamp again, yes. Would we come back to this site? No

Easy booking no problems and a quick confirmation

Needed to change my holiday, very quick and easy process, thank you.

We recently rented a mobile home at 3 Vallees campsite in France. Ideal location for flights into Lourdes which is 10 minutes from the campsite. We booked through LuxCamp and our mobile home was supplied by Roan Holidays. We were greeted on arrival and given welcome drinks. The guy was really friendly and he made sure our mobile home was clean. The swimming facilities were amazing, both indoor and outdoor pools. Play areas for children. It is advisable to have a car. However, there is a restaurant on the campsite, a local pizzeria and boulangerie. The supermarket is probably too far to walk. Right next to the campsite is an animal park which was definitely worth visiting and also Lourdes itself is one of the good places to see. We booked for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend as it wasn't too expensive (especially in MMay),

Absolutely appalling customer service. I have had to cancel a booking for September due to a family emergency overseas and they have refused to refund my deposit. This is with 4 months to spare until I was due to arrive and the knowledge they will probably re-book the accommodation we had booked.

I am going to be out of Europe for the next 5-6 months, have to take unpaid leave and funds are going to be tight.

Constantly quoted terms and conditions at me, but failed to see that there is always room in these for compromise in extenuating circumstances.

I then tried to carry my booking over to 2023 so as not to lose my deposit and was told this was not possible.

Absolutely no compassion and no care at all for what is already a stressful situation for me.

Today I got told unless I confirmed today I wanted to cancel there would be extra costs incurred. I have confirmed at least 5 times I want to cancel the booking.

In times when people are struggling financially, dealing with family emergencies and having to be away from home to do so, this type of attitude and lack of empathy is just appalling.

I felt like I was emailing a machine!
