I have been asked to resend documents I have already sent before, which has delayed the process of my mortgage application
I have given lots of information,such as bank statements, wage slips etc. My father has also given proof of how he is going to help provide funds to my account so I can pay toward my mortgage.
Although we have given all of this information we have been asked to supply this again. I have sent wage slips across and wasnt told they wernt good enough, only to be contacted weeks later to tell me I need to do them again. When my wage slips and bank statements were sent over I was asked for more information from where this money was transfered from. I believe all of this could have been requested from me in one go which would save delaying the process, which has been extremely stressful and frustrating

You're right that being asked to resubmit documents you've already provided — especially without being told promptly if something wasn't sufficient — is not the standard of service we aim to deliver.
We understand how stressful this can be, and delays like this only add to that pressure unnecessarily.

Morgan and the team were super efficient and everything was processed in a very timely manner (even with delays from the others in the chain). Morgan was knowledgeable, understanding and professional. The app worked brilliantly and even when I was worrying, I was never made to feel like a bother. I will be using this company again for sure.

Turnaround time was great, concerns around communication and attention to detail
Turnaround time was great although it was confusing dealing with different people at each stage of the equity transfer (4 different layers).
Communication could have been better, there were two occasions when it wasn't clear whether the transfer was proceeding before the deadline. Receiving an update from my solicitor advising what's occurring would've been nice instead of me having to chase them. This did cause problems from both sides with the other side also not receiving update from their Solicitor which caused concern for both parties.
Secondly, the solicitor working my case Kerryanne got some terminology wrong in an email, requesting to be sent a copy of the consent order from my lender when it was the Sealed Court Order (fromo the Family Court) she was referring to. This required a further email and extra delay awaiting a response to rectify. A Solicitor should not make such mistakes in attention to detail, that was a concern but as I say this was offset by the quick turnaround of the equity-transfer generally.

Who they are dealing with & are they computer literate.
I’m not a young person. Can manage emails but been bombarded with them. Phone call would have been 100% better. Had to go over to office eventually could have done this a wk ago. Went to office. Person I went to see came over to me put papers on table ! No introduction nothing. I stood up shook her hand & introduced myself. Life changes I suppose?

I would highly recommend the team for their excellent service throughout the sale of the property.
From the beginning, they were extremely efficient, professional and helpful. They kept me updated every week throughout the process, which was particularly reassuring as I was dealing with the sale as part of an estate. Whenever I had a question, they responded quickly and always took the time to explain things clearly.
The communication was excellent from start to finish, and I always felt that everything was being dealt with promptly and professionally. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and their support made what could have been a stressful process much easier.
