As first time buyers
As first time buyers, we were so confused with how the process would go, but the initial person I spoke to guided me through what to expect and roughly how long certain steps usually take. Once we were handed over to Delanie she was pretty much always on hand if we had any questions or concerns and made the whole process much less daunting than we initially felt.

Very good from start to finish. Lovely people who kept me up to date throughout the process. I didn't feel at any point that my purchase was being held back by my solicitors, which I know can sometimes (quite regularly apparently!) be the case. I would definitely recommend them

So far so good
So far so good, extremely happy with the service provided, as it is my first time independently buying a property, I have been expertly guided through each step. Any queries dealt with immediately, in a clear and precise manner. A real pleasure to deal with each member of the team allotted to helping me with my property purchase. My present contact Lewis has been brilliant, extremely friendly, supportive and always available for any questions or queries I have. A first class firm to deal with.

We have had a great experience with Lyons Bowe so far, as they are dealing with both the sale of our flat and the purchase of our new house.
Everyone we have dealt with has been extremely helpful, professional and friendly. They have always been happy to answer all our questions, explain everything clearly and keep us updated throughout the process. Buying and selling a property can be quite stressful, but having a solicitor who is approachable and supportive has made a big difference.
We haven’t completed yet and our file has now moved across to the legal team, but so far we have been very happy with the service we have received. We really appreciate all their help and support and would definitely recommend Lyons Bowe to anyone looking for a reliable and professional solicitor.
