Your service is great
Your service is great. Just for a second time the courier company you are using, The courier Guy is very bad. The driver by the name of Seaward, if that is his real name with the isuzu bakkie reg no BJ23JBZN was for a second time very rude to the woman at the premises. I had to rush out to the property and chase him away as the lady was afraid of the driver and the aggressive manner he spoke to her. I complained about this driver on the previous delivery too and reported him, but nothing is being done to him and it seems The Courier Guy do not worry how their drivers conduct themselves. PLEASE, I do not want this driver close to our premises again!!

Not good packaging
I feel they could have put more of effort into packaging, putting the solar panel into a box would have been great, but it came just wrapped, it could have easily been demanged, especially for a long distance delivery

Good day, thank you for your feedback, glad to hear that your panel that was shipped the same way we deliver all our panels due to the unavailability of boxes the sizes of the panels were delivered without any issues which does not really explain your one star rating concidering that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the processing, handling and delivery of your order.
It would be great if you could update your rating to truly reflect the delivery of your order instead of posting a 1 star rating based on absolutely nothing to justify it.
