If any changes to your solar panels sizes, make sure you state that on the website.
I purchased the same panels as before, 650w Bi facial, but this time the panels are a bit smaller in dimensions.
You mention the size of the panels on the website but fail to let the customer know that there has been a change in size. The panels look differently as well. I feel that I made a mistake in buying these panels.

Thank you for your feedback received, all info regrading all our products are clearly stated on the website to ensure that the buyer has all the info prior to an order being placed. We've noted that we should check all our orders that we receive that it matches previous orders received from a buyer to ensure from our side that the items will be the same and compatible. We've checked your previous orders that you've placed on our website but we are not able to pick up any orders received for 650w panels prior to this order that was received. In August you've placed an order for clamps and you've now placed an order in October for 650w panels and accessories.
Although we do not have the capacity to check all our orders received online and reference it to previous orders received from buyers and confirm differences and cross check compatibility we would not have been able to as we do not have any online orders for you placed for 650w panels.
We do our best to keep the website updated with all the info needed in order for buyers to make an informed purchase on our site.

Good experience
MacSell could ship item the same day as order, but only shiped the next day after i enquired about tracking number.
The packing was good and item received in good condition.
TCG service as always excellent, but their tracking updates need a lot of attention.

Macsell gave us top class service…
Macsell gave us a top class buying experience with the Sun brand 10.2KW hybrid solar charger we ordered on 23 September.
It was delivered undamaged to Port Elizabeth on 3 October. The contents were exactly as described on their website, and installed with no problems at all.

i only receivded a battery and still waiting for the inventer still today your service is very bad and unprossessional and even thinking of opening a fraud case no clear explanation why am not receiving my goods as per the delivery agreement on the website purchase was made on the 2oth of this month

Good day, thank you for your feedback. It's rather unfortunate that pictures can not be uploaded on this platform to back up the false claims that you've made in your rating.
As the per our conversation which you now claim we did not have an did not provide an explanation your order was 2 parcels, as clearly stated on the parcel as you've advised you've seen, Parcel 1/2 and 2/2 , for some reason Courier Guy did not deliver the second parcel to you.
We've followed up with them and we've advised you that the second parcel is to be delivered, which The Courier Guy did not deliver.
We've been in contact with you everyday checking on your if you've received the inverter. We've also send another replacement inverter and asked that you let us know if you receive the first one as you will now be getting two inverters as we are trying to minimize any further inconvenience caused by The Courier Guy.
As per our daily communication and explanations we are trying to resolve the issue caused by The Courier Guy. The issue is out of our hands but we are trying to solve the issue and once again we apologize for the inconvenience caused by The Courier Guy. It will be best if you post a truthful review about The Courier Guy instead of an untruthful review about us.

Great service. Great price.
Ordered 2 batteries and a solar panel. One battery and solar panel arrived 3 days later. Within hours of reporting the missing battery another was on its way and delivered 2 days later. This is amazing service as we live in a remote area in Northern Zululand.
