Great quality and quick response to queries.
The product is great quality. The shopping and checking out experience was seamless and they delivered in the stated SLA. When I experienced problems with the courier they made use of they were quick to respond and give me the correct channels to use. I will definitely be using Macsell's services again.

Good day, thank you for your feedback, although the couriers are not part of our company and we have no control of the deliveries we would've gladly assisted with the issue at hand if we were made aware of the issue.
You state the we did not offer any assistance regards to the cost but we were not made aware of the issue and were not contacted to assist with the matter.
We tried to give you a call after receiving the review but you kept ending our calls.
Feel free to make contact with us as we will gladly assist with the issue at hand that you've experienced with the courier. Your review should be a reflection of the service and products purchased from us and not with the couriers.

Order was late, ordered from 2 different suppliers same day, tracking showed that order was missed at pickup time so 1 day late. No other complaints.
