They went above and beyond to make sure my dress would arrive on time by the date I needed. Their communication was great and supper quick to respond whenever I had questions or concerns. I received my dress in perfect condition, it’s an absolutely beautiful dress. I would definitely order from here again without a doubt.

The dress I originally received was the wrong size. I called and talked to Simon and he immediately went to work on a resolution for me. He ordered me a new dress and provided a way for me to send the wrong one back. He was so kind and easy to work with. Thank you Simon for fixing this for my daughter’s homecoming!

I have returned the dress I bought from them and they have not refunded my money. I returned in the time frame they required and I had received authorization to return the dress. They have not returned the dress nor have they refunded my money.

Good afternoon. We understand your concern about the delivery of your dress. You placed an order that required delivery of the dress to you in 6 weeks. Your dress was delivered one week earlier, in 5 weeks. We do a diligent effort for on time delivery however sometimes the delivery dates are beyond our control. The reasons could vary between weather, tariffs, shipping companies etc. We hope this adequately explains our position and the fact that your dress was delivered earlier then the promised date.

How do I even start
How do I even start? I was looking for a specific Sherri Hill dress that came out 3 seasons ago. I couldn’t find the dress ANYWHERE. I called over 30 different stores asking if they had the dress and not one did, until I called Madame Bridal. They let me know that they had the dress I had been looking for, exact size and color I needed. My only issue was that I’m all the way in Virginia, or so I thought that would be an issue. Over at Madame Bridal they let me know that they could ship me the dress straight from their store. They sent me the link to buy it and the transaction went smoothly. They said I’d get my dress in approximately 10 days, but it ACTUALLY came in just 5 days!! Everything was in perfect condition and I’m IN LOVE with my dress! Thank you so much Madame Bridal!!
