The return and exchange policy is not initially presented accurately. Be very careful ordering from this company. I do not recommend. I wish I would researched online ordering reviews for this online dress shop prior to ordering. I would have not ordered. Terrible and disappointing experience. Pictures do not accurately portray colors. You will be stuck with a dress and out of money. Very different experience. I reached out by phone and left a voice message about questions. No return call just an automated email response to an email with same questions.
Do not trust this business for online ordering.

Our return and exchange policy is clearly stated, publicly available, and must be acknowledged before an order can be placed. It explicitly explains that certain dresses are final sale and that items which have been tried on are not eligible for return or refund. This information is not hidden, misleading, or presented after purchase.
We also disclose, in multiple locations, that color appearance may vary due to screen settings and lighting. This is a standard and necessary disclaimer for online apparel retailers.
Regarding communication, all inquiries are handled through our official support system to ensure accurate and documented responses. Voicemail messages do not override this process. A response addressing the submitted questions was sent accordingly.
We encourage customers to review product details and policies carefully prior to ordering, as completing a purchase constitutes acceptance of those terms. While we understand disappointment when expectations differ from reality, this does not equate to misrepresentation or improper business practices.

On September 5, a merchandise credit of $498.00 was issued to your account, and you were notified on October 17 at 1:35 PM once the return inspection was completed. Your credit remains securely on file and does not expire, so it will be available whenever you’re ready to select your next dress.
As discussed previously, if your replacement dress is available from our in-stock inventory, there will be no additional fees. If a special order is required, a 20% restocking fee plus shipping would apply.

Beautiful Dress and arrived within the 10 days as advertised
I was worried at first due to the dress I ordered didn’t even have the size on the Mac Duggal website that I ordered from Madame Bridal. Some how some way the dress and size I ordered was sent to them by the manufacturer and then it arrived within the 10 days from the day if first ordered it. The dress is very beautiful, quality is amazing - I got lucky regarding it fitting because if it didn’t it was not returnable or exchangeable as their terms say so online and you MUST agree to them before ordering, hence the main reason I originally wanted to order from Mac Duggal in case I needed to exchange. The dresses are what Madame Bridal shake and says they are - just a scary experience spending that much money on a dress that can’t be returned or exchanged if needed to. I took the chance for a beautiful dress for my son’s wedding which worked out for the dress I desired to be my Mother of the Groom dress. Alterations of course needed for the shoulders and the length of dress was way too long for this shirt lady so has to be hemmed. Madame Briadal will come through on getting the actual dress you want just make of your measurements or make sure you can return it or exchange it before you buy online.

Lovely Experience
Madame bridal and their staff was lovely to interact with. I ordered a dress to be overnighted by the shop; unfortunately, due to the FedEx plane crash, the Express package did not arrive on time. This was at no fault of theirs. The owner spoke with me and attempted to make everything right, which he did. I will definitely use them again.

I would like to clarify the situation regarding my order. The dress did not arrive on time, even though I paid for express shipping. My event was two days ago, and I had to purchase another dress because my order did not arrive as promised. I only received the dress today, which is well past the required date.
I was also disappointed to receive a message asking me to delete my review in order to receive my order. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.
In addition, your public comment stating that the dress arrived on time is not accurate.
Given the delay and the inconvenience caused, I kindly request a refund for the express shipping fee.
