Great Communication!!
When I ordered my Sherri Hill dress, there was a 3-month wait until it shipped, which I was unaware of. They immediately emailed and texted me telling me when it would be delivered and If id still liked to have it delivered. I got the dress in yesterday, and it's absolutely perfect.

Amazing customer service, exceptional dress!
I had been hunting for a dress for my daughter. I had placed several orders with other stores that showed 'in stock' but then got cancelled. I'm so lucky I found madame bridal when I did! I chatted with customer service via text and they confirmed they could actually get us the dress. They even price matched for us! The dress shipped quickly and was at our door in three days. The dress is gorgeous and we're so thankful. I would highly recommend them.

I found a dress online that I loved. I looked up where I could buy the dress. I was directed to Madame Bridal. I called and spoke with Simon and over the phone I ordered the dress. I absolutely love the dress. I bought it for my son’s wedding this November 2026. I will be heading back to Florida in October to have some alterations done. A pleasant and trustworthy experience
First of all, I would like to give a thank you to Madame bridal, usually I don’t put my trust in into companies that have to ship from another state ,I took a chance on Madame bridal and getting my daughter the dress size that she needed and we are in Texas the gentleman which is the owner I cannot remember his name, but he was very helpful. I received the dress in less than 10 days. My daughter was ecstatic. It was beautiful, barely barely wrinkled at the train of the dress. I am very pleased with this company and I hope anyone that orders their dress from Madame bridal will have the same experience that I did. I am extremely grateful cause I could not find that particular dress in my daughter’s size anywhere so thank you Mr. Madame bridal.❤️❤️❤️❤️

While you mention our clear no-return policy, you failed to mention that you have kept the dress without providing payment after initiating a chargeback. Attempting to keep a high-end designer gown while simultaneously forcing a refund through a bank is a practice known as 'friendly fraud.' We are a dedicated boutique, and while our prices are indeed good, they rely on honest transactions between the store and the client."

Gown is well made came in early yayyyy I lost weight so it was too big as I expected had it altered and it fits like a glove!

Ordered dress and dress didn't fit so returned dress. Tracking shows Madame Bridal received dress back. They kept my $700 plus and got their dress back. Sheer robbery. I am still making payments on dress madame bridal has and has probably sold again and gotten more money for it. Im disappointed, angry, disgusted with this company. Please do not buy from them or you will get robbed.

Exchange/Return Policy does not work for every situation
I have ordered from Madame Bridal every year for an event dress. This year the dress I tried on locally fit and the dress I ordered from them same dress and size did not fit. They will not take the dress back, They stated they can only do an exchange. I did not have time for the exchange process and I had to order the correct size. I now have a dress that fits and one that does not. I am now stuck with an extra dress that does not fit. I will buy locally from now on.
