These people are a scam. My wife bought two dresses which were ill-fitting and were made of poor material so she wanted to return them. We received AI generated responses asking for irrelevant information since they already had the order number. We asked for Return details which they ignored and eventually stopped responding. Don't go near them!

Following on the reviews below I also bought what I thought was a gorgeous dress on this website with that pregnant lady advertising beautiful dresses and I got caught in it! Dress arrived, ill fitted, emailed the company back and forth about returning it. They kept offering me various discounts but I decided to send it back (at my own cost of £12.95) to their “Los Angeles” warehouse and upon checking the dress promising me they’ll refund me fully. They subsequently sent me the dress back and despite a lot of emails chasing from me I also got no replies and I am now stuck with some cheap tat!!

Made by Jessica, I got drawn in by the website , found a dress , Sale price , was £79.95 reduced to £39.95 . Thought it perfect as an alternative to the dress I had bought to wear at my son's wedding if this heat wave is still torturing us at the end of August . Result!
Certainly was for Jessica with her boutique in London closing down as she is expecting her first baby ..... BUT Jessica isn't in London it's a mythical shop front name to suck idiots like me into paying overly hiked prices for unfinished thin muslin dresses that can be found on a very famous website where you can shop like a billionaire! Return the dress at your own expense all the way to Hong Kong and they will refund your money .......hmmmmm rather doubtful, how did I pay ? Call the bank , see what they can do ...... I am waiting ... £39.95 for an unfinished dress so awfully packed for it's long journey it will need a steam roller to get the creases out of it , I cannot believe I am becoming a gullible mature intelligent woman ...... whatever your age please do not follow me . £11.95 for the same item is a fairer price go and look at T***!!! It will be the same product!!!

Scam site …cheap imports from China .. had to go through my credit card to get my money back . Misleading scam scam scam. Would give minus scores if it was an option ..

NO STARS. DO NOT BUY. I wish I’d read reviews before purchasing from these scammers. They lead you to believe that the shop in London is shutting, but this a cover story for shoddy goods delivered from Hong Kong. The dress looks nothing like the picture, the colour is completely different, it’s very poor quality synthetic fabric. Any positive reviews are fake.

The dress is nothing like the photo that promoted the dress.. it looks like woven cotton on the website and in fact it is badly printed shiny synthetic fabric. I can’t be bothered to try it on. I would never have bought it if they’d photographed the dress I received… I guess it comes from China.

Dress took weeks to arrive then was a totally different dress to the one I ordered. Really cheap and nasty. Definitely a scam .. Really sad as it was for my registry office wedding and I was excited that I’d found the perfect dress.

Fab website, but just basically all fakery, not independent as intimated. Dresses were hideous, material revolting and cheap, nothing like photos - I even laughed - straight in the bin. My own fault, didn’t read the reviews. Won’t be sending them back (got 3 of the horrible things) as, NOW I have read the reviews and returns seem costly and troublesome so have written that one off as a lesson learned. ALWAYS read the reviews. Don’t bother purchasing you will be disappointed and out of pocket.

Dress took much longer than advertised to arrive and was not at all what I was hoping for. The fabric felt cheap and the dress was not worth the price I paid for it, even with the sale reduction. Communication during the delayed delivery was good, although I was told it wasn’t possible to cancel the order, despite it not having left their dispatch department. The website says free returns but on reading the small print that only covers defects and damage. Just not liking the item is not an accepted reason to return, and is at the customer’s expense. Considering I would have had to send it to Hong Kong, I have decided to cut my losses and give it to charity. Very disappointing.

It would be zero stars if there were that option. I do so wish I had read the reviews on here first! Big red flag! This company are purporting to be based in London as shown on their website. The clothing on the website is obviously photoshopped to make them look more upmarket but in actual fact what you receive is nothing more than what you would buy in a back street market in China. Appalling quality and sizing is not as described. This company are in breach of so many things, they need to be taken to account for misleading and defrauding customers. Currently trying to get a refund and have been offered 15% and I can keep their 'tat'. I don't think so, and I will not be sending the items to USA either. London address is where I thought I was buying from so a London/UK address is where I will send their clothes back to.

Do not order from Made by Jessica, or Jessica bee.They are cheap and nasty material made in china.
They say Free returns which is a lie.I ordered two dresses which looked beautiful online , they were both nothing like the photos and far too big, wanted to return them they said it would cost me £31 45 ! To send a smaller size.I Asked for a refund never heard anything,The phone number they have doesn't work.
Don't order you will waste your money.

It took two weeks for the item (a dress) to arrive. Received countless (20+ emails to 'update' and 'track' the order, and invitations to leave a good review for 50% off, what a scam!
Was under the impression this was a UK based boutique but in fact clothes apparently sent from China. Posting fee automatically added after the sale - actually this turns out to be automatically added 'purchase insurance' I never opted for!
Am really unhappy with the product, seems cheap shiny polyester, and the size is completely wrong. Colours also much brighter than in the picture. Probably too much hassle and added cost to boot to return the item and get my £35 back. So off to the charity shop it will go! Seems like a total scam.

Very poor quality garment, nothing like the picture. Took 2 weeks to arrive. No way to return goods other than post to a USA address that is just a postal address. No return slip provided, all has to be done at your cost. All email correspondance is genereated from AI. Jessica is not a pregnant boutique owner giving up her London business so BUYER BEWARE !

Returns policy misleading, response to email time very slow and I fear the possibility of receiving a refund is slim.
The garment was ok but colour was not as appeared.
Do not order unless you are very sure you will not want to return!
The return address is USA and you will be liable for this cost!

I realise. Have been utterly duped by this bogus company …..can’t believe I have fallen for it. The dress if you call it that is the cheapest polyester and is absolutely nothing like the description. I tried to ring and the phone number no longer exists and I don’t think for one minute that I can return the item as I now see it is in China! What a massive scam ….AVOID!!!

Absolutely appalling clothing. Misselling using London fraudulently. All from China, worst quality you can imagine and nothing like the images on website. Any positive reviews are clearly made up. You have to pay delivery to china and taxes for a refund. Clearly from other people’s experience that doesn’t even get a refund.will report them

Very long transit time advertising suggests u.k. based hand made. Actually very cheap printed synthetic fabric poorly made . A big mistake on my part , but company would not cancel the order , after repeated requests to do so. I cannot wear the dresses , and do not want the stresses involved in complaining or returning.

Ordering is easy but when the goods eventually arrive they are nothing like the web site images. They are very poor quality and ill-fitting. The promised "easy returns" is a myth. Emails requesting a return label are ignored and the phone number doesn't work. We would not buy anything else from them and are still waiting to return everything we got. They don't even merit one star.
