Absolutely appalling clothing. Misselling using London fraudulently. All from China, worst quality you can imagine and nothing like the images on website. Any positive reviews are clearly made up. You have to pay delivery to china and taxes for a refund. Clearly from other people’s experience that doesn’t even get a refund.will report them

Very long transit time advertising suggests u.k. based hand made. Actually very cheap printed synthetic fabric poorly made . A big mistake on my part , but company would not cancel the order , after repeated requests to do so. I cannot wear the dresses , and do not want the stresses involved in complaining or returning.

Ordering is easy but when the goods eventually arrive they are nothing like the web site images. They are very poor quality and ill-fitting. The promised "easy returns" is a myth. Emails requesting a return label are ignored and the phone number doesn't work. We would not buy anything else from them and are still waiting to return everything we got. They don't even merit one star.

They are impossible to correspond with . The phone number is no longer in use . My shirt did not fit ,it’s far too long in the sleeve . I want a refund and they will not confirm where and how to get my money back . The shirt quality is very poor

If I could proceed with my comments without having to give even one star I would. The website says 30 day hassle free returns, however ,as others have found this company will deny the refund of your money by not standing by their guarantee of a hassle free return.
I have reported Jessica By Bee to Trading Standards who are investigating the possibility of Fraud being committed by whoever is running this outfit.
I have received the full amount from my bank as a fraudulent act on my account.
Do NOT buy from Jessica By Bee.

My advice is do not order from this company. Heavily implied this is a UK store but is in fact cheap items from China. I ordered 6 dresses and they are all awful. Entirely different from what is advertised online. They claim returns are free but are now claiming I am liable for the return cost despite the dresses being wildly different from what is advertised. Clearly breaching UK consumer rights. Customer service are now ignoring me. The dresses took weeks and weeks to arrive. Don’t waste your money. Issue still not resolved and customer service are now not responding to me, it’s been over a week

Dear me after waiting for weeks item still not arrived !!! On reading the reviews I am getting the strong impression I may ga e been scammed by this foreign company which makes you believe it’s from London !!! I’ll update when item finally arrives however mot got much hope tbh !!!!

In my opinion, do not buy from this company unless you want to be ripped off (I have given them multiple chances to refund my purchase in the past week, and the insurance cost they added that I didn't ask for, before posting this) I just get asked the same questions and get looped round again and offered other % back.

This site gives the impression it's some sort of handmade UK boutique (I also didn't realise it's in Hong Kong and the item I received is so poor it's a joke)

I plan to report this far and wide as I don't want others to suffer the same experience.

If I wanted to by rubbish from Shein I would have paid Shein prices - the playsuit was £40 including the insurance I didn't ask for. Avoid!

Do not buy from this site ! Jessica has obviously been bought by a Chinese company and everything about the site is misleading and wrong !
The clothes are shipped from China take about 1 month to arrive and can’t be returned without you paying the taxes !!

Further to a previous review, I have now received the dress I ordered, 2 weeks late. It is made of a polyester type fabric which means I will never wear it and which I would never have bought if I’d known. But if it had been cotton it would be a nice dress. I’m not going to try to return it given all the comments in the reviews about the difficulties of doing that. I’ll give it to a charity shop and learn the lesson.

Very slow to get the goods received with little acknowledgment. When I tried to track delivery it did not log my tracking number. When the outfit finally arrived it was faulty and of a poor quality. I tried to get a response from customer services about how to return the product and get a refund but no response - seems they got their money and have shut down communication with me which is not acceptable.

I ordered a dress which did not fit when it arrived, so I naively asked for return/refund details, but instead of receiving these they asked me for photographs of the dress and labels which I provided. Then they wanted me to buy something else at a discount from them, as if I would when the service over the first item was so poor. Lastly I have been asked to return the dress to the USA which would make the cost prohibitive and now they are not bothering to contact me at all in spite of my emails.
I would not recomment buying anything at all from this company and the one star rating is too good for them!

I have only ever written one poor review for a company ever and this was Made by Jessica earlier this month - I cannot believe that the poor experience with this company is continuing - I returned the shoddy items at a cost of £30, they arrived on 6th July with the company and they are now ignoring my emails and have not sent my £75 refund!!

I waited weeks for the bikini I ordered on the 3rd July 26 it finally arrived on the 21st, I kept getting emails saying it was on it’s way, when it came it was awful material and smelled of chemicals. The size was not good, the top was huge and bottoms too small. I emailed for a refund and was told after 2 days to take some photos to show what was wrong, also to take photos of myself in the items!!! I did not do this, I have emailed them 3 times and they just keep asking me to send photos to resolve the issue. I have a strong feeling that I will not receive a refund as they send sub standard clothing and then make it impossible to return. They’re also based in Hong Kong! They respond after days in the middle of the night. Do not buy from this company, they are not good!!! 😔

I can not say do not buy from here, because you'll have to make your own decisions, but I can share what it didn't worked for us: the dress was far too small for the large size we bought and we can not send it back because it arrived with no tags or attached labels at all; not to mention that the express delivery was in fact 2 weeks. good luck.
