All individual items purchased arrived fully assembled and in very good time considering the Christmas break.

Excellent email service. Did a manual stock check when the Web page said the tyres I wanted were out of stock.
After checking the tyres were found, the wheels, cassette, rotors and tyres were built and despatched within 48 hours.
Competitive price and good quality. Looking forwards to fitting and using them.

Great looking wheel for the price. Needed a new wheel to keep a 30 year old bike on the road for winter use. This perfect for that purpose. Not what you would want for a performance bike in my opinion as a bit heavy but solid and robust for a runaround. Good range and detail on the website and quick delivery. Very happy.

Can't fault - wheels, tyres & inner tubes ordered; they arrived assembled & inflated, and very quickly. They look great. Does Madspeed7 have plans to stock other bike gear? If so, I'd be a customer.

I bought wheels with tyres they arrived really quickly - great value with good tyre choice _ my favorites are available!.
I had an issue with the delivery address - my fault - and there was a real person at customer service out of hours and we got it sorted.
I cannot fault them.

I had a terrible experience with them, I purchased a bike rear wheel through ebay and it was supposed to arrived, bike was my primary transport and I waited for 5 days. They sent you fake delivery tracking number and the parcel never arrives, took my money and now not responding. It is my real experience with them. They are not responding to my calls at all.

Excellent good wheel, I didn’t realise that there are adapters sent with wheel to make it qr mt fault but mad speed was excellent at explaining it to me
