The old saying of "if it seems too good to be true, it usually is.." most DEFINATELY applies to this "Im not really a UK company, im only pretending!!"
NO indication that this ships from China, EVERY indication that that this is a reputable UK company
I ordered a magic body shaper, its arrived.. I should have had alarm bells ring when it was " one size"....tis tru, it is one size....if you are THREE YEARS OLD!!!!

AVOID!!!! Returns are sent to China - you'd be lucky to get a refund or exchange - and that's after they've charged you for you postage two ways. Just avoid!!!!

I wish there was a zero star option as this company doesnt even deserve 1 star. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND they are FRADUSTERS!! Do not buy from these frauds please. I ordered an item and turned out it was wrong size so I wanted to obviously return it. It has been 2 weeks and they are not giving me a return address and I already know why, coz the address will be somewhere in China and not UK. The issue is not resolved yet despite my multiple emails to these fraudsters. I have already admitted in my head that I will never see my GBP25 again!!!!!!!!!!

This company masquerades as a UK company and the website says it is a family run business. However when I received the shipping advice I saw the item was being shipped from China!
Worse was to come. I wanted to return it and asked for a return address which turned out to be in Shanghai! I was offered the option of a 50% refund if I didn’t wish to post to China. A complete scam. This “family run Uk business” ships from China and correspondence address and phone number is in Florida. DO NOT USE!

Magic shaper is a helpful company and give honest advice. I was looking for a shaper for my daughters graduation and they were very helpful and kept me informed about my order. There was nothing to much trouble. A massive thank you from a very happy customer

Don't use! Returns must be posted to China, or exchanged for an extra £10. Cheaper to bin it - lesson learnt.

Although i received my order in about a week and its reasonable quality i find this company very misleading. Magic Shaper UK doesn’t seem to be based in the UK at all as my order arrived from China and the packaging was suspiciously similar to a very cheap online store based in China. Also if you want to return an item you have to do so at your own cost which is very expensive. I wouldn’t shop there again.

Good customer service quality of time good and fits lovely. One star missing just because of the length of time it took to receive the order

I wish i'd looked at reviews prior to ordering my shapewear. The bodysuit I received was not fit for purpose, a medium which was smaller than small!!!!! I could not even get one leg in it!
Advertise refund on return ... HOWEVER!!!! This was not the case! I was told that postage would cost more than refund as they are based in Asia! I was given a refund but half the price that I paid. What a rip off!

The waist trainers are simply a waste of Money. Don't buy!
They also make it hard to return the items if you don't like them.
You have to pay for shipping and it's returned to China.so if it gets lost in transit, it's your loss.
I will never shop from magic shapers again.

This company is fraud! I never recieved my product and they avoid refunding me! There’s nothing UK about them. They are not based in UK, there tracking link shows India and office registered in US. I could buy same or similar product from Temu or SHEIN for £10 and the only reason I bought theirs for £45 is because I thought it was Uk based and so I could get it quickly and return if size isn’t right.ongoing dispute with them for 3 months now still not got refund or product. Avoid them!

Ordered large size I am 12/14 when it arrived couldn't even get one leg in it. Asked repeatedly for return address. Never sent it. Wanted me to pay another £10 for larger size which I refused I already paid £28.00 for something that is useless to me. Their advert says 100% guarantee returns. False advertising

I seem to be between sizes Normally a size 12 I Ordered the Large 1st but it's too small in the bust Then ordered the XL and much better in the bust but body not so smooth

Great products and customer service is responsive and helpful.
Delivery is not the quickest so order with plenty of time if your order is needed for a special occasion.

Purchased items - they’re no good but I’m being refused a refund despite the items being unused. They are now saying I need to return the items to Asia at my cost but are not giving me return details.

Do NOT order from these. The bodysuit has no “pull” it’s rubbish. It comes from China not the UK which isn’t made apparant- so takes ages. They offer an exchange which is a no as the item is no “pull me in!” then a TENNER to return. What a farce hahahah. DONT BUY! Worth paying out and buying proper Spanx! Then offered a 50% refund and to keep the garment. Not the ideal answer when the garment does not fit! So they have still made a profit and the customer has lost profit and owns an article that is not good.

I ordered a medium and it’s something I could possibly fit my cat in to. Supposed to be a family business but took weeks to arrive and then when said doesn’t fit wanted a £10.99 handling fee and then said I pay another £10 I can have another one sent too me !!! wish I had read this review before purchasing!!!

I wish i had read the reviews prior to ordering. The item i received wouldnt fit a small child let alone a fully grown woman. I am size 6-8 so ordered a Small. I emailed Geri (customer Support) for a return address. Well, she advised me to keep the garment and that she could offer me a replacement for an extra £10!! she even suggested i should check the size chart, which i obviously did prior to ordering. I believe this company deliberately send out incorrect sizes in order to maximise their profits - by then offering to send the "correct" size for a fee. It's an absolute disgrace. Please avoid these people at all costs
