Customer service have been punctual in responding to my enquires and resolving my concerns. I have ordered the wrong size and given discount to purchase the right item or offered a return option. I am happy with the support given by them.

I like it. It works. It straighten up my belly. And I feel comfortable walking or sitting.

I was able to get a worthwhile product.

Amazing product. it made me one size down and so easy to put on and take off.

I have to join in the chorus of ladies saying that this is a fraudulent, scam company from China that needs to be shut down.

I ordered one of the 'Magic Tummy Control Hip-lift Shapewear' in my size (XL which in UK measurements if a usually a 16) but it was a terrible fit - it was more like a UK Size 6 so couldn't even get it around one of my legs.

I then found out about their scam when it comes to returns, charging me £10.95 for return shipping (calculated by subtracting the refund they are offering from the amount I paid) despite saying on the website that it is the responsibility of the CUSTOMER to arrange this. Then to make it even more baffling they then later stated that I don't even need to return the product at all?? So essentially I've paid for an imaginary shipping cost on their part???

It's taken me 7 emails with their customer service AI Bot 'Mervin' to try and get the rest of my money back but they are refusing, instead choosing to stand by their returns scam policy (if you can call it that).

I will look to be reporting them to the Insolvency Service in an attempt to stop them operating, at least in the UK.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Avoid avoid avoid avoid. This company is not in the UK, I paid £25 for shape wear that consists of cheap knickers and a peice of padded foam, looks like something I could have got from the joke shop. Absolute sham!

Arrived quickly, the item was an excellent fit and very comfortable

I should have looked on Trust Pilot before buying from this company. As others have said, they are not in the UK, which is not clear until you try to return something.

Never got parcel, brought from M&S which I should have done in the first place. Never buying from anywhere but UK again.

Too small for me, for send it back i had to pay, or if they send me another one big size i had to pay. So I paid it and is not good for me. Never again

Easy to use website and arrived very quickly. I got the full body shaper as I've lost over 3 stone and it is fantastic, it makes me feel confident and I would definitely recommend it infact I'm getting another in skintone. They have an excellent range to choose from.

I ordered “magic tummy control” shape wear. It fits comfortably. It took around 10 days to arrive to London.

Fit well and comfortable

It took some time to receive it so the function I was as going to where I wanted to wear it under a dress that required a flat tummy, came and went..
Size wise: I chose the size following their recommendations but the shaper is still too small I find. I tried it I and it is super hard to get on. And I felt it should have been a size bigger

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is not UK based and will try anything to avoid refunding you. Returns are to Asia which is not clearly stated on the website! I have been offered a 50% refund and to keep the cheaply made product I was sent that I do not want. I will continue to bombard them with emails until I receive a full refund.

Absolutely shocking, I'm a size 8 ordered a large they were too small then stupid bought into their buy another pair for £10 they are even smaller. Trying to buy to go under my wedding dress, I don't have money to waste on con artists.

Wating time was not to bad for delivery. Item was good . Very good in price.

They are conning people out of money here. I ordered 3 different items to try on with my wedding dress, presuming that returns would be ok considering their blurb on the website. They are a Chinese company with no UK returns address. It seems they offer different % refund for customers in hope that they go for it rather than returning them to china.
I would say the positive reviews about this company on here are fake.
The quality is poor for the price and the fit of the products aren't great either. Unless of course your a small Chinese person.
