Very poor quality. It took too long to deliver, then I realized it’s coming from China. It’s a waste of money. I will NOT recommend.

Even though haven't received my item yet as it's been a week I will NOT be buying from this company again. Why does it say UK when it's coming from China? I wish I read the reviews 1st as they are very deceptive. Having bought it a week ago and still has not arrived thinking you bought it from your own country is not good. And I ordered a small so I bet it will fit my 6-year-old daughter and not me. Which means I will have to look for another underwear-slimming garment. Please read reviews before buying from this company.

These really are amaz’g, they streamline me and give me a waist and slim my hips, bum and tum. To top it all off, it is super comfortable!!

I ordered a medium which you would think is a 12-14 (UK sizing). The product is so small i doubt it would even pass the thighs of someone who is normal size 8-12.
Webpage makes you believe you are ordering from a UK based company - not true. Gives you 3-5 day normal delivery - took over 10 days to arrive. Only at tracking point was it clear the shipment was from China - renowned for small sizing.
I am not happy as reading other reviews it is not going to be straight forward to get a refund.

The sizes aren't right. Too long, but bra size is too small. They don't hold you in at all. And when trying to return, they told me the postage for return would cost me more so I should pay £15 and they would send me another style instead. Avoid! I went through the reviews thoroughly but missed the negative (funny that!) I imagine this won't go online

If I could give zero star I would. Sizing way off now ignoring my request to return. I wish I had read reviews before ordering as Many have said about the cost of return makes not worthwhile and just throwing good money after bad. Magicshaper UK are in China.

This comany are not in uk, despite all emails saying magic shaper uk. I ordered 2 different sizes as their comapany policy state returns accepted, what they fail to tell you is that it's to china. They try to offer 30% refund and I can keep items making me more out of pocket than the £16 (at least) return costs. They gave me return address but no email, they say I don't need it for returns but Dpd say I do, so can't return until they (if) give me that. Meanwhile I'm still 62.98 out of pocket. The actual quality of the items is poor, you'd get more support from a bin liner!!!!

Great site, great offer when I checked out, quick delivery, great product

Medium size ridiculously small. Now have to face hassle of a refund. Disappointed

I wish I read these reviews before ordering. Although received order quite quickly I ordered 2 sizes but they were practically same size when received there was no difference. When trying to return it was then I noticed it was a return address in china. To return item tracked this was costing £18
I will never order from this website again as I thought I was ordering from UK

Cheaply made item, very thin straps that cut into you, no sanitary protection strip, item marked in 2 places (looked like dust). Slow delivery, no customer service number to contact. No details of the company on the website ie phone number, address, ownership, VAT number, company number. Definitely not an UK company, despite its name. Expensive! I cannot recommend this company.

Very disappointed. Bought this product as it said it was a UK website. No it comes from China! I bought xl and yes I got in it width way but length wise it came up to my ribs! I am only 5ft 6' and a UK size 14. These Chinese people must be extra short!. Asked about returning and found I had to pay for returns with full tracking proof... fair enough. However they would only refund if it was in original state and not stretched! How do you try something on. Then they said I could keep it free of charge if I accepted a 30% refund. Or I could have another at a discounted cost.
Sorry but if you're advertising being in the UK you should BE in the UK.

Easy ordering process, good delivery timescales and great quality products at reasonable prices.

Received my order fairly quickly, unfortunately I think the sizing is designed for an actual barbie doll. Im a UK 12 and ordered a large, my size 6 SIL can't even get into it!

Saving grace is; we at least had a good giggle!
DO NOT ORDER from this company.

AVOID! No confirmation email of order, took 3 weeks to arrive, sizing obviously way off without even opening packaging and no refunds will be accepted for any items, even when packaging is still sealed (is this even legal?) so I'm just under £50 down for tat. Definitely not UK company, shipped from China so marketing is misleading.
