Ordered item 4 weeks ago..had confirmation of order and payment was taken, I’m still waiting for my order, no other correspondence from the company..I’ve emailed them several times to no reply and when I went to view the shop it says no longer available..

Same as previous review. Ordered the iron mask but one get one free. Received an order confirmation email clicked the link and it says site not found. No reply to emails. No other contact details. Absolute SCAM. Ordered over a month ago and still nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE…..

Ordered a product that was advertised on TikTok that took me direct to their site, two on items on a special offer!! 27th October I have embarked repeatedly when you click the link in the confirmation email of purchase site not found!! Items not received not responding to the emails I’m sending requesting update!!! So sending an email to the dress they are giving in these reviews is pointless. SCAMMERS!!! Absolutely disgusting thieving scammers!!

Can't rate any higher, as two weeks after ordering product it still hasn't arrived

I ordered a product off this website on 16/05/22 and I have still not received it.
Tracking details are very vague with the result that I don't know whether my item is still in China or somewhere in transit.
I would not order off this website again

Absolutely awful. Moon lamp nothing like in the pictures...it's a tiny plastic piece of crap...!!

I ordered the personalized lamp through Wowcher for my granddaughter's Christmas gift. When it arrived I noticed that in the instructions it said an 'optional' remote control was needed. This was NOT in the box with the lamp so I contacted Magic Trends to ask if, as it was 'optional', I could purchase the remote separately but they replied that they did not supply this. NOT HELPFUL!! On searching across the internet, I found that I could have bought this lamp from Amazon, including the remote control, for the same price! I will try to get a refund for this, but I doubt it, as it was personalized. A complete rip-off!

If there was chance to give 0 I would. Should have read the review as I have been waiting 2 weeks for the personalised lamp. Then i can cancel the item via wowcher. Email them to see what the status....they say its been cancelled...you haven't even processed it and I cancelled 1 day ago....what about the 2 weeks I have been waiting. Bad customer service and experience.

I ordered a personalised moon lamp on the 3rd of august 2021 and I am still waiting for it to be delievered. I emailed magic trend and their email box is full. Not sure now if ill get it

Awful ordered item told it would be 10 days been 15 days now just found out could be another 4 days which is no good I needed item today

Awful company. Received the apparently 'Extra thick' hooded blanket. When the package arrived and I opened it, the smell made me throw up!!!

I didn't want to keep it and contacted the company as it was fit for purpose and not as described. Got Rude email back advising they don't provide refunds for a 'perfect' item.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Placed an order nearly three weeks ago. I sent an email to ask where it was I received one back saying your order was shipped in November 2020…why on earth would they send an email like that when I placed the order in august 2021. No explanation or nothing just a ignorant email back.

Ordered with pucture and words. Looks good with 3 colours of lighting. Base easy to build. Comes with charger. Great product and quality. Good price.

Its been over a month since i ordered and i still havent recived my package. Wont be using them again.
