Ordered a gift through wowcher from this company was £14.99 plus an extra £4.99 for postage it never appeared so mailed them they said it was on the way still no sign told them if it was not here by the Saturday i wanted my money back still no sign so mailed them and told them i wanted my money back including the postage so £19.98 altogether i mailed them countless times and wowcher finally after a month of mailing them they told me i was geting a refund of £14.99 well erm no i paid £19.98 of that £4.99 was for postage on a item that never came total rip off of a company i would not advise anybody with half a brain cell to order anything from this company at all

Just bought a moon lamp and it is not turning on at all, left to charge for 1 hour and it is still not turning on really disappointed to be sent out a broken lamp.

Purchased a diffuser via wowcher

Purchased a diffuser via wowcher, although the photos are deceiving it states 300ml capacity on the advert- what arrived was a ‘mini diffuser’ capacity of 130 mls, I have disputed this with both wowcher and magictrend (who state that I have to pay costs to return the diffuser- even though it is the wrong item).
The email replies do not acknowledge the photos I have sent or the problem.
Won’t use them again sadly
Have since seen the reply... still not resolved, def 130 ml capacity and ‘mini diffuser’ sent not full size as in advert. I have paid initial postage and they want me to pay for its return, despite wrong product.

Shame there isn't a ZERO STAR rating, this company rip people off, I bought the Moon Lamp via Wowcher, it arrived and looked nothing like the pictures they advertise, tried to contact them various times only to be ignored, even the Wowcher people got involved and still NOTHING, so thank God I paid via PayPal, now off to open my claim if you're reading this AVOID MAGIC TREND like the plague !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
