I made an order 2 month's which I have…

I made an order 2 month's which I have not received. I have email several time with no reply. I now will have to contact credit card company to get refund. Very disappointing.

Avoid oversized blanket hoodies…

Bought two oversized blanket hoodies via Living and Social .As magic trend email an uk address I was unaware items were coming from Hong Kong .Items received were not as advertised .Sizing was not correct as one hoodie was way smaller than the other .The material was thin cheap and nasty and not extra to thick as described .

No delivery and dreadful communications (except to try and sell more)

Even having contacted MagicTrend on a few occasions three weeks after order confirmation, it is still ‘processing’ and ‘prioritised’.
Any response is the usual holding email and the classic, if in doubt blame it on COVID. That doesn’t work, especially when you are actually in China.
If you have a problem with my order, just let me know but learn to manage expectations.

Product is 2 weeks over the due…

Product is 2 weeks over the due delivery date. Is saying that it’s being shipped to China and now Amsterdam?
Would not recommend ordering from here very bad delivery and unreliable site.

Placed an order on Wowcher, i put a complaint into them that I had not received my order, they said message Magictrend, surly as this was through Wowcher it's up to them to deal with this, not happy at all.

Order was due to deliver last week and I’m still waiting.. ordered through living social. No idea when my package will arrive as there’s no way to track it! Really disappointed after reading the reviews, feel like I wasted my money.

Really poor customer service, still not received item

Really poor customer service, still don't have my product and don't have a clue when I will get it either. Cannot get them to say when it will be dispatched. They are saying it is delayed for the holiday season, it was ordered in September!!! Just get the same cut and paste email with the same poorly worded generic information. This company are all over Wowcher, so watch out for them and don't shop with them they are rubbish.

**** added more after the useless magictrend response on here. Last night I received yet another generic email, again not telling me a date when my order will dispatch and saying they were delayed because of the holiday season. I am going back to Wowcher to try and get a refund. Please do not use this company, you will be truly disappointed.

I purchased a children’s basketball…

I purchased a children’s basketball hoop for my sons 6th birthday; It looked absolutely amazing on wowcher.. Unfortunately I can’t believe that apparently these were a total of £69.99 before I got it for the “ bargain” price of £32.99.
I wouldn’t pay £5 for what I’ve received in the post!
Tiny in comparison to what there advertising on wowcher. The nets too small to accommodate the frame.

Plastic and flimsy! So dissapointed. Waste of bloody money!

Cheap china tat

I am so embarrassed by the quality of item not worth £5 never mind the £46 they claim to be. Supposed to be for my friends birthday looks an absolute show. Can’t give it to her also turned up late. Avoid like the covid.. cheap china rubbish

Bought a moon lamp and for the price paid it was pretty nice. Works fine and was delivered within 2 weeks which was faster than expected. Would have been useful to provide shipping updates but other than that I’m happy with my item and would use the company again. Thank you 👍

If I'd have known these airports were this good id have ordered several pairs....

I received an email from Wowcher offering me the chance to purchase a set of Bluetooth ear pods worth supposedly £99.99 for £14.99. As I'd purchased a new mobile with no headphone jack I thought something like these would be ideal so placed an order. I was informed during the ordering process the expected delivery date ( free delivery also) They were delivered on the expected day well packaged. Opened the box read instruction leaflet and charged the pods and tried them out. To be honest wasn't really expecting much..boy was I wrong. Sound quality is excellent full and weighty..paired straight away with phone and so easy to use..touch and go..couldn't be more pleased and look good as well. Recommended.
