Bought tailgate strut for Discovery Sport and after 11 months it seized. Luke at Maltings replaced it free of charge no questions asked. Great service 👍🏻

Your response goes to show how naive you are. I used the South African destination as there was no option to order for Botswana until you included it. For your information the address is for the courier I use to transport goods from South Africa. It wud still have been at a fee payable to the said courier , not free. Nothing unussual with that arrangement.

As for your dishonesty, the tracking number shows that the parcel was only received by the courier on 2nd May 2025 whereas the order was made on the 24th April 2025.
As at 3rd May the Parcel has still not been shipped by your courier.
