Doesn’t actually sell drinks anymore, waste of space and time. Spent years accumulating membership discount only to bed fed generic responses when their entire product disappeared.
Useless support
Ive contacted the support line 3 different times over the course of 7 business days and have received no response, my order was dispatched but I've had no update whatsoever since, it also uses an app called shop to track the order rather than an actual shipping companies tracker.

I was very happy with Martin’s engagement and assistance after encountering an issue with my club points prior to the program terminating. The issue was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction.

Over approximately 10 days I was kept informed on progress. Unfortunately the online purchase problem wasn’t resolved in time for the scheme closing but a voucher to points value solved my problem.

Excellent service as usual. Easy to order and kept updated all the way until package delivered in a few days. I even received reminder emails beforehand reminding me to redeem my points balance. I did and saved £30. First class. Thank you !!

Tried to use my reward points to buy a bottle. The website would not allow me to do so. Likely a glitch. Went round in circles with customer service for over a week, including creating a new account. Problem not resolved. A smart solution would have been to just issue me with a voucher for the value of my reward points but no, they appeared fine just not to get the sale.

Preispolitik ?
Der Service ist mittlerweile sehr gut, Bestellung und Versand funktioniert und ist schnell.
Aber die Preise sind deutlich höher als bei anderen Händlern, jedenfalls für Deutschland.
Aber sonst ist alles ok.

I had a problem with my e.voucher so I phoned customer services, Cathreen was fabulous put me at ease right away and resend my vouchers resolved my problem so quickly,efficiently and with a very pleasant,helpful attitude.

Had a bit of a hiccup with my e-voucher order as they hadn’t arrived after a week. However once I contacted customer services, Gemma picked up my query and sorted out quite quickly, keeping in contact to let me know about progress.
