Solid improvement to our process

I am extremely disappointed with…
I am extremely disappointed with Mantal. I signed up for their trial, and subscribed to get more features whilst we were trialling RecruitCRM Products.
We thought we cancelled the subscription but must not have, they charged me for another full monthly subscription. I immediately contacted them to cancel and request a refund, as I had not used their product and had no intention of doing so. Their response? A flat refusal to refund, with some vague reference to their terms of service.
Honestly, this experience has shown me how some companies lack basic customer service. There are far better products on the market - Zoho, RecruitCRM, and others offer superior features, often at lower prices, and actually respect their customers enough to have reasonable refund policies.
Save your money and your sanity. Steer clear of Mantal.

It's all quite simple
A lot faster than other systems I've worked with, which was a major improvement. Evaluation of candidates is done automatically. Only positive things to say here. There could be additional customization choices in the dashboard, including a list of the most recent emails received.

Used the platform at my previous company and I'm happy that we did. We had a number of recruiters who all enjoyed the platform. Sometimes our recruitment projects intersected and the platform allowed us to keep everything organized.

Makes recruiting so easy
Very good! Hiring my team and keeping things organized while doing so was easy compared to the old Excel or Google Sheet. My mind was set on Manatal after joining the trial and comparing with other solutions, but as a bonus they are also the most competitive pricing wise and offer a great support (they'll always get back to you within 2-3 minutes when using the support chat in the app).
