Had a cyst removal operation, and the process was pleasant from start to finish. The doctor successfully removed the cyst and the stitches were brilliantly placed, allowing the healing process to be quick and smooth. The friendly staff also alleviated the pressure and worries.

Really friendly and welcoming, they removed a BIG lipoma on my back, my scar is healing right now but it’s looking very good!

I'm concerned about the significant pain I experienced during the scalp injections, as the numbing cream didn't seem to be effective. What's puzzling is that during my final treatment, I was offered a different type of injection that was much less painful. It's surprising that this option wasn't available for the first two sessions. I also noticed inconsistencies in the photo documentation - photos were only taken after my request following the first two treatments, but not after the last one. To top it off, I didn't receive a consultation after my final visit to discuss the treatment outcomes or next steps.

I recently had a fungal laser treatment with Kashifa, and as always, she was brilliant! Her expertise and attention to detail made the experience comfortable and reassuring. Excellent through out !!!! Went on Wednesday to make inquiries and Harry explained everything that would happen. An appointment for surgery was booked for Sunday with Dr Maged he went over all what would happen, and when I was happy with it all I was taken through for surgery. I had lots of small lipomas removed very expertly done and I was very pleased indeed. I will be back on Wednesday for a follow up to check all is well. Highly recommend 👌

Excellent professional quick service friendly staff clean environment

I had an extremely distressing experience at Manchester Dermatology Clinic. Not only was my appointment cancelled without my knowledge or consent, but I also encountered unacceptable behaviour from the clinic’s owner, which I would describe as harassment.

As a patient, I expected professionalism, respect, and clear communication—none of which were present. Instead, I was left feeling disrespected and deeply uncomfortable. This is not how any medical professional or clinic should treat someone seeking care.

I would strongly caution others to think carefully before booking here. No one should have to feel unsafe or mistreated when seeking medical help. I have since filed formal complaints with the appropriate authorities.

Friendly staff, attention to detail, they listen well to my concerns and reassure you. I am very very happy with the results.I met one of the nicest surgeons in the world. My results have restored my confidence.

Reassuring staff and flexible with arranging appointments

Just had 3 moles removed at MDC and had a very good experience at the clinic. Went in earlier this week and got an appointment booked easily, staff very friendly, and the Dr was great, very hygienic place, after care was given and support if needed was offered. The only slight thing was the time delay due to a previous patient, other than that a good experience, Linda.

Booked an appointment after I saw an ad on FB. Received all the email confirmation plus a reminder on the day of the treatment. Turned up to the clinic to find the shutters down, rang them and they cancelled the appointment on the spot. No emails or calls prior to this. Wasted my time I wish I read the reviews before booking. Very unprofessional, would never trust them with my skin. Avoid.

they ask you to leave the review even before ur come for ur 1st session and results aren’t greta either, after 3 sessions for PRP still i haven’t noticed huge differences
