I was scammed by a cheap car rental company in Italy. I disputed the money they took for preexistimg car damage ( photo evidence) and got a refund from Marbles. I should have checked trust pilot first. The car company had a 1.8 rating. Thankyou !

I am very sorry to read that you have not had the experience that you expected with us. I appreciate the time that you’ve taken to write the above. The interest rate on your card is given after full credit checks are performed, and it set to what we feel is appropriate at the time.
We do check accounts on a regular basis and if we feel a lower interest rate would be acceptable, we will let you know right away at the time. Unfortunately, we’re unable to decrease this by request and I apologise for any inconvenience.
