Card and app is ok, but Fluid card appears in credit report as personal loan instead of credit card?

I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Fluid (NewDay) and wouldn’t recommend them based on how my account was handled.
I opened the card specifically to complete a balance transfer during the 0% promotional period, but was repeatedly given incorrect and conflicting information which prevented me from doing so.
I was told multiple times that the issue was with TransUnion and advised to wait first 30 days, then 6 weeks. I followed this advice, only to later be told by TransUnion that there were no issues at all. Despite this, Fluid continued to blame TransUnion, which turned out to be completely misleading.
On top of that, I received inconsistent guidance from customer service, including being told to call back at a time when their lines were closed, and having a call dropped while being transferred between teams. Each time I tried to resolve the issue, I was given a different explanation.
Because of these delays and errors, I missed the promotional window through no fault of my own.
While they later offered to apply the promotional rate as a “goodwill gesture,” this only came after a lengthy and stressful process that could have been avoided with accurate information and better service.
Overall, very poor communication and customer support. Not what I expected from a financial provider

If you can avoid them it may well save years of distress

I like fluid IV been very happy with them, I also like the app they have, it's easy to understand, easy for me to manage, I like the way if you decide to pay early but possibly near the date you would normally pay they don't take the second payment so you don't end up paying twice like other companies do, then you find that you've overpaid and then they owe you money and the whole thing gets complicated, so I really like the way this company operates and intend to stay with them, would highly recommend

The only thing wrong with the app is how you say your payment is due . I think when you have pay it it should say know payment due.

Immediate decision on acceptance, good credit limits, regularly reviewed, card works smoothly in both uk & worldwide

Not impressed so far in all honesty. Got the card, used it a couple of times, went on holiday and stopped working a couple of days in. Just declined everything despite being well under limit by about 50%+. Luckily had not yet cancelled old card so used that. Then got a call checking some transactions which were fine but still wouldn't work. Call the following week for the same transactions but prob will just pay off card over a gew months while interest free and cancel
