We used Marshall Laurence for a survey on the property we are buying and they have been great. Highly professional and efficient approach and excellent communication throughout. Marshall Laurence Surveyors undertook a L3 survey for a house I am buying and produced a really comprehensive report, highlighting some key issues we hadn't spotted. Tom, the surveyor, was brilliant and took a lot of time to explain what the issues meant in practice and how they could be resolved/potential costs, which really helped put my mind at rest.

Survey was done quickly, communication was great. They also offer to go through the survey results with you after which was very useful. Definitely worth the money & would recommend
