Thank goodness for strong packs for plug plants, as the outer box arrived completely crushed! Evri are not the best delivery service.
Items received in good condition.

Good variety of products at affordable prices and quick delivery service always good quality items

The plants arrived mostly in good condition but some of the plugs had slipped out of their holders and were a little damaged, but most were fine and are thriving.

2out 3 plants were tip top the 3rd one was snapped below the bottom leaves the package was not damaged and the plants were well protected assume a missed at picking order. Hence only 3.

I ordered flowers from this company a month ago, but they still haven’t arrived. I have contacted customer service several times by email, but they completely ignore my messages. I also requested a refund, and no one responded. Very disappointing experience — poor communication and unreliable service. I would not recommend ordering from them.

The choice of plants and their description is fantastic. Goods dispatched promptly. Marshalls courier service, Evri, awful hence why I’ve only given 3 stars. I assume the plants have died as it’s over 2 weeks since Evri received the plants and they’ve not moved from their depot. I won’t be ordering from Marshalls again unless they change their courier ☹️.

I’ve had no direct contact with Marshalls staff, so the idea of ‘service’ is meaningless.
In terms of ordering process, the mechanics are straightforward and products are delivered when stated.

Took ages to answer the phone plus I received a very misleading email regarding a previous order

Your catalogue descriptions are accurate. Your plants
are a good standard, as described. Sometimes they do not arrive in a good condition but that is the fault of the firm delivering who don't follow instructions like "Keep this way up". If there is a problem you are always willing to replace anything damaged.

Plants arrived well packaged and great looking plants very pleased with them customer service was also good

4 star because of lack of communication of no stock for a placed order that left me wondering where my goods were and too long to answer emails.

My order of jumbo plugs are healthy and strong with good roots. Came in protective sleeved plastic container in cardboard box, without any damage

the strawberry plants were all viable and are growing well. They look healthy and I look forward to a good yield of fruit. Would buy again.

Never received the goods. Says they were in transit n still showing in transit from April 17th so plants will be dead now

The product was fine, but my package was completely squashed. My gripe is really with Evri, they really are the worst drlivery company!!!!
