Plants arrived about 10 days after despatch and are all dead. Marshalls has issued a refund.

Plants excellent. Frost-free position so put them straight in window boxes. Coming along nicely. All good.
Extremeley happy with plants delivered, they were in superb condition despite the warm weather at the time of delivery.
Potted on they are growing nicley, super excited to see them in bloom.
the ordering experience was simple and good, I had to phone up customer services as the delivery had not arrived it was showing that 120 live plants was with EVRI and they had arrived at the hub and three weeks later they still had not arrived and showing that they was still at the hub. The customer service was so good they gave me a full refund as the plants still have not arrived and any chance of them still being alive if they arrived was very slim, we are now 8 weeks and they still have not arrived, unfortunately EVRI are letting you down, such a shame to have 120 plants die
Unfortunately I’ll never order again from Marshall’s. The extra early brassicas they sent me were in terrible condition and ok they replaced them by sending me club root selection instead which arrived today after a full week packaged! As expected they were not plantable by the time I got then. Also the terrible packaging meant they were all mixed together so you had no idea which brassica was which! So in a way it’s probably for the best they were half dead as I could not have planted them not knowing what they were.ok I accept on this latest club root order Evri the couriers were to blame for the delay in delivery but the mixed up condition of the plants is firmly Marshals bad choice. You should look at Rocket gardens packaging it’s superb. Also Marshals is partly to blame delivery wise as they could choose a couriers that hasn’t appeared in a BBC panorama programme. People want good quality, swiftly delivered plants not cheap useless delivery.
Very disappointing.
I was wary of ordering plants by mail order but just could not find the particular plant I wanted in any Garden Centre locally .
The plug plants were very healthy stocky and within 1 day in the sun fully recovered .
Of the 3 plug plants, one was drooping and has since died. Very disappointed and doubt that I'd buy from you again.

The plants arrived looking like they were hanging in the balance. It wasn’t even the journey that affected their appearance; I don’t think they were acceptable to begin with. I took photos and sent immediately to customer services. I repotted them in the meantime and didn’t hear back for over a week. Two out of the three plants did not survive. One is ok but not very strong.
I received an email about 9 days later and a refund.
I received plug plants from another company at the same time and the difference in service, packaging and quality was huge. I won’t be ordering plug plants from Marshall’s again I’m afraid.

Of 3 dozen sweetcorn plugs over 2 dozen arrived crushed and compost scattered everywhere. I completed your contact sheet together with photograph(s?) 10 days ago and so far received NO reaction whatsoever barring this rating request.
NOt a happy customer (of considerable standing!).

The bare root raspberry canes were packed in a loose paper bag with no moisture retention capability. Delivery took more than a week and the canes arrived totally dessicated. I put them in water for a couple of days to try to revive them, and they are now planted but have little hope of survival.
1. They should have been packed in at least wet cotton wool and wrapped in polythene
2.Choose a delivery company that takes less than a week

Impossible to return the Item bought .
Courier company is abysmal, no number to call to customer service, order number says is invalid. If I had know the compost is not peat free I would never have bought it.

Can you get reliable couriers? The first order got damaged on transit and with the replacement order, out of 20 plants only 9 survived the transit
