Bought their dentures…. It’s not what their commercial says… false advertising and scamming everyone who watches them…. Waste of money.

What they sent me was not true to size and the material was flimsy. I have emailed them several times with no response. I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had looked them up before I ordered anything from them. It appears that they send you crap and then you can't get in touch with them to return it.

I would like a refund because this isn’t the product your company advertised this is ridiculous

This company is just a scam. They send you some crap in the box with no directions. I kept getting notices that they were going to be delivered. It must’ve taken them three weeks if not longer I would not recommend you even trying this stuff and then they spam me with more crap that they sell. I’ve marked them as spam. Don’t believe anything they say.

I never received my pkg waited 20 days tracking said was delivered to my door on 9/3/26 at 10:22 am. I NEVER RECEIVED IT THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE BIGGEST JOKE I'VE SEEN. I have no way of connecting. I've emailed no response. Totally disappointed

I ordered what looked like the teeth that cost $197 per arch on another website. After waiting a long, long time, I received this fake looking toyish, plastic two tiny arches with painted on teeth, some white beads, two squiggly white things and two other white fake teeth with no gums attached and a white round clasped dish. I found out they came from China, but the package had an address in New York. I want my money back! This is FRAUD! I am reporting them to the BBB! Join me.

I ordered something from this company. It said it was delivered on August 17 and I have cameras outside and no delivery truck ever passed by my house on August 17 and it said it was delivered in my mailbox. I have a locking my mailbox so you can’t fit a box inside of it it has to be flat and thin then I tried to email them and it’s blocked. Can’t call them. Can’t get in touch with them whatsoever, can’t leave a review. They’re scammers don’t waste your time or money on these people came from China not from America. I will never buy from them again.

I just want one other people not to order things from this company I ordered something in July and I have yet to receive it even though I've sent messages they do not respond and they did not respond my money and I think they are scam taking advantage of people especially 70-year-old people I usually don't like saying bad things about companies cuz they're good companies but this one is the worst I've ever had to deal with and I hope all kinds of people look at this because it is a scam they just want the money and you never get to merchandise

These people are a joke. Please I beg u to don't waste your time. It's endless...after waiting over 3 weeks to receive a product I ordered from Martviva. It arrived. The minute I opened the box I knew I was not interested in the item they sent. Came from China. It's a joke. Halloween costume teeth. Upper and lower dentures. What a waste of time and money. These people should be shutdown and all entities connected with them . The worst! Don't place order with them and they still haven't contacted me about my concern. I emailed more than 10xts for labels to send product back where it came from.Wjo knows wherever that is.! I want my money back and I plan to contact BBB! For sure..

Product is NOT what was advertised. I guess I fell for the bait and switch scam. Do not order anything from them, Crooks. I've emailed them and will update with their response ect. 🙄

My experience with this company was awful they falsely advertise one thing and then they send you something completely different that is not what you wanted or can even use. You cannot get in touch with anyone they just disappear always they have is it email address which you try to keep sending emails and they ignore it. Do not buy from that company

I ordered the dentures it didn't read up on the site paid almost $30 it's been over a month and a half have not received anything yes they are a scam I gave a review on better Business bureau

This is a bunch of pure BS... what I got was NOT what I ordered.tjey showed a full set of ACTUAL dentures and what I received was 1 pieces of CRAP...do not trust this company ITS A SCAM.$40 down the drain.beads and fake looking plastic teeth.how do you people sleep at night KNOWING your ripping people off.ESPECIALLY those of us on limited income.KARMA has a place for ya.thanks for NOTHING

I ordered a set of full dentures and a received something completely different from what I saw in the advertisement . I have emailed them and received no response. I want a refund. Have not used them. I was so excited think I could finally eat real food like in the ads but was fooled. This, I would consider, false advertisement. Is there anything we can do to punish these fly by night companies?
