Fake website, fake product. DO NOT buy, you will not get a refund.

Do not buy from them! No where on their website do they explain what the return policy! You have to buy it and then get in contact to find out either we keep it and get 10% or we send it back but we pay the whole thing to china!! It's a UK website and no where does it state it's coming from there. So either way you lose out on the money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! It is all I can say. I wanted to return my item. They wanted to charge for everything! They not replying to emails for days… Honestly I am devastated I did my research before buying it, I literally saved money for it.

Placed an order for air humidifer with Marvics, but within half hour of placing order decided to cancel and emailed them immediately to this effect.I did not receive a response from them so emailed them again the following day re-alliterating that my order was cancelled, I wished no items to be sent out to me, and if they had already taken monies ,I wished a refund.No response! Then low and behold 3 days later they send an email to say they cannot cancel the order because it is in transit, but when I received the items to please feel free to try it out and if not satisfied to contact them for return instructions!I have emailed them again for an explanation as to why they did not respond to my original emails, why three days later, and now I will be in a position of having to return unwanted goods,possibly faulty( from other reviews I have read),and this will be at my cost. I am holding out no hope of a resolution from these people and very annoyed that such people are running a shoddy business. Please do not order anything from these people-just read their other reviews. Wish I had before placing a order

All their information and SO CALLED EXPERT IS ALL FALSE and FABRICATED. You will receive items with NO BRAND NAME ON THE AIR PURIFIERS AND NO MARKINGS ON THE PACKAGING ,NO RETURN ADDRESS. THE AIR FILTERS "if you can call them" ARE WORTHLESS your fly screens on your windows at home have better filtration then the ones they supply. THIS IS THE 1st TIME I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. Iam so disappointed and out of MONEY.

This company didn’t send a confirmation email with a customer ref. I had to chase them to deliver and the product is dreadful. I bought it to replace a dying 8 year old Meaco which still pulls out more moisture than the new Marvics. I’d try to return it if I had any proof of purchase beyond the credit card payment. Cancelled order, but was sent anyway. Dehumidifier arrived damaged. Company would not provide a return address. Offered 3% discount and then 10% discount if I kept it, despite repeatedly saying I wanted to return it with a full refund. They were charging return postage, restocking charge, and if item was stopped at Customs you would get nothing back. Do not order with this company. Had to reclaim via my credit card. Discovered this was a Chinese company although it had a UK website. They don't comply with UK consumer rights. I'm reporting to Trading Standards.

We bought a 2.5L dehumidifier with visible water tank as per the advert via Marvics UK but upon receiving it got a totally different 2000ml product without a visible water tank which is nothing like the product we bought. We then contact Marvics to return it but they failed to reply for 7 days and once they did asked questions as to why we want to return the item and what the issue is!!! This was all described to them in our original email asking to return the item. After looking into this Marvics are simply a company parading as from the UK but are actually Chinese sending absolute bottom of the market poor goods somewhat remotely close to what you actually purchased who then make it almost impossible to return anything! Looking at the returns policy they seem to want to charge you for everything even though they are the ones who are sending items that are not the ones you actually attempted to purchase.
Utter SCAM

I’d spent couple of hours researching dehumidifiers and reading reviews and various ‘best lists’ from Which, Telegraph etc. Then saw this D2 Humidifier from Marvics, very decent advert and separate independent review, so unlike me on a whim, I ordered it. It was only later that I read about the company and reviews including Trustpilot.
I decided to cancel the order and received a ‘sorry to hear that’ email and offers to reduce price etc with 3 days to let them know. I replied stating that I had changed my mind and as I was within the 14-day cooling off period and they hadn’t dispatched the product (within their 3 day notice period) I wanted a full refund. Wasn’t hopeful!
To my great surprise, a full refund was made 2 days later. I may have just been lucky, sympathy to those not so. 4 stars given purely because the company did the decent thing and refunded as we would normally expect.
Off to buy from Amazon or Curry’s, as I normally do.

I placed an order 1 week ago and received a confirmation email, the the next day i had an email with shiptment (spelled that way) details. The link took me to a site which said there was no information or a system error. I have emailed them and used their contact page 4 times with no success. Today i cancelled my order. Do not use this company.

This is a very strange situation. I find that the product is working well and for the first time in years have had perfect sleep. Looked up how to sort out the filter and was somewhat nonplussed to find no name on the product, the information book etc.. It was only when reading the reviews that the penny dropped. I don’t know who makes this product. Wanted to know about the filter and it is selling them for £25 a go. I feel as though this is decidedly dodgy. Also I must point out that I was charged only £119 for this item. The price is changing all the time it appears. Even more irritating is the fact that I looked up independent research and they came top. Surely if it was a legitimate company it would have its name emblazoned on the product. Very odd

Do not buy from this website. They have obviously paid for positive reviews. This is not a UK based company and consumer rights are violated. There is no cancel order option and when you request via email, you will be told the product is already in transit and a refund is not possible.

Ordered and received the GL-K802. It appears to be a used unit, NO POWER CORD AND IT DOES NOT POWER ON. Contacted Mavrics UK support on more than one occasion, NO RESPONSE. Do not recommend this company.

Absoloute rubbish.... warning do not buy . Wish I had read this before I ordered. Pretend to be an English company but product comes directly from China paid£155 prob could have bought on temu or similar for £30 . Avoid there slick website at all costs.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS SELLING EXPENSIVE FAKE RIP OFF BAD QUALITY ITEMS THAT ACTUALLY DONT WORK & THEY DON’T REFUND YOU! Then they try and force you to keep the item, they don’t provide you with a return address & make it REALLY difficult to understand their expensive return policy. They are a Chinese company hiding behind a UK email address and website.

Don’t touch this company with a barge pole. TOTAL SCAM. Money taken. Tried clicking on their email box “Check your order” only to get a scam warning and told site does not exist

I’d like to give them no stars. I ordered the air purifier for $314, it arrived smaller than I expected, seemed different to that advertised but whatever. When I plugged it in it came on but didn’t work, then I realised the fan was loose.
I emailed and asked to be sent another and they wanted a video to prove it didn’t work. Sent that. They said it isn’t clear the fan is loose, take it apart and send a video. I said I’m not sure how to do these things but gave it a go, the fan was completely fried and not attached. Sent that. Then they tell me I can have a 3% refund and keep the faulty item, or send it back at my expense and also lose a 15% handling fee. If it’s held at customs or they don’t get it, then no refund. Seems a complete scam.
Good customer service would just send another or a full refund for a faulty item.

I am hugely disappointed in the service from Marvics. I ordered and paid for a air purifier and spare filter. It took 14 days for the delivery to arrive. The filter It had no address label and no paperwork with it and most importantly No air purifier delivered. After contacting the company 6 times to request rectification I received one email telling me it had been delivered!. What a poor and shoddy service. Zero interest in customer service. My only recommendation is to give this company a very wide berth!

Clearly a scam, reviews have only appeared in the last few days.

Product arrived, to say it's tiny would be an understatement. Different make and model to what is advertised. Packaging is flimsy and badly damaged. The plug is the EU version not UK and Ireland.

Contacted Customer Service as per website and email. No reply.
