100% Scam. Avoid at All Costs.
This company is a complete scam.
I paid €199 for a product that doesn’t work at all — despite bold claims that it’s suitable for spaces up to 160m². Total false advertising. It’s completely ineffective and feels like a cheap product you’d find for €60 or less on AliExpress or Amazon — which, by the way, is exactly where identical versions are being sold.
When I contacted customer service about a return, they refused to provide a return address within the EU, even though the product clearly shipped from the UK or nearby. Instead, they tried to fob me off with a pathetic 10% refund, hoping I’d just give up.
This isn’t just bad service — it’s deliberate deception. Refusing returns, dodging accountability, and inflating prices for worthless products is not just unethical, it's fraudulent.
I’ve reported this to consumer protection agencies and my bank, and I strongly urge others to do the same. Don’t fall for the slick website or fake promises — this is a definite scam.
Avoid this company like the plague.

I ordered on Marvics-IE then upon payment being taken with no invoice U investigated to discover they were Chinese and quite probably scammers therefore attempted to cancel order via their contact page again with no response, ergo: cancelled transaction via my bank ... thankfully they were too complacent to answer which quickly aroused my suspicions. Not all Chinese companies are fraudulent however so many are that I now avoid dealing with them which isn't easy as they're adept at hiding their location!

One star is one too many
One star is one too many. A Chinese scam company masquerading as British with a .co.uk website and a fake UK return address. The dehumidifier is toy-sized and is also illegal for selling in the UK as it's fitted with a 2-pin plug. Returns have to be sent to Hong Kong at your own risk and expense.

This company charges top money for a no brand name dehumidifier that hardly works at all. The website is complete lies. Avoid at all costs! Needless to say the company is uncontactable too of course! One star given but they don't even deserve that!
