The mesh halyard bags I ordered were out of stock, but Santiago kept me informed on arrival date and even asked if I needed a refund in the meantime. I decided to continue with the order and they arrived in plenty of time to install. Such great communication is rare these days!

I have used mauripro for a couple special orders internationally and domestically. They have been very repsonsive, proactively communicate any issues, and fairly priced.

Great considerate service! Cristina reached out to me after the order was placed to advise the lines I ordered were import items and might be delayed. Gave me the option to cancel if the expected delivery was too late. In the end, I kept the order and received it 2 weeks earlier than expected, well in time for our regatta. What made my experience Great and Over the Top was being able to work with Adriana Rojas. She was Very kind, Very helpful, and stayed in constant contact with me. She took the time to help me with all the questions and concerns I had. Adriana explained to me what I needed to do and she took care of the rest to help me complete my order of Lewmar blocks for my sailboat she delivered exactly what she said she would do. I have ordered from Mauripro twice in the last month and I ended up cancelling both orders because, Mauripro didn't actually have any of the items I ordered in their inventory. The website doesn't disclose this when you are shopping. I made multiple attempts to contact customer service by phone the second time I ordered from Mauripro to see if they actually had the item in stock, but for every call I was greeted with an 'all associates are busy' recording directing me to try "live chat". Response from "live chat" was not live, rather, response was via email several hours later. The first order I placed was for a Facnor item that I was told by a Mauripro customer service representative was in stock and when I received the order confirmation, I was informed the item would ship in 7 to 10 days, so actual delivery would be 3 to 5 days after that. The second order was for a Plastimo compass cover and again, when I received order confirmation, it stated the lead time for the item was two to four weeks. In both cases I ended up ordering the items from other on-line marine supply sellers and the delivery estimates provided by those sellers, at the time I placed the orders, were more transparent and the delivery times were much shorter. Updated 9/18/2025: The day after I sent the email request to cancel the order, much to my surprise I received notification the item ordered had shipped. Simultaneously, a customer service representative (Santiago) made multiple attempts to contact me, both by phone and email. He explained the Plastimo distributor had found one of the item I had ordered and had put it in queue for shipment. Several emails and phone calls were made between Santiago and myself undoing my cancellation. At the end of the day, the part had in fact shipped to me and will be delivered in an acceptable time frame.

They had the part that I needed in stock and were able to ship in a timely manner. Not like Amazon, shipping the same day but shipped the "in-stock" item within a few days. Got the right part and completed my project the day it arrived.

Awesome service they kept me up to date on the progress of my order. order arrived on time and was as described. I will buy again from Mauripro.
