Shipping delay much longer than promised
I ordered a tiller extension universal joint on June 24th. The website said it would ship in 1 to 2 days.
It wasn't actually shipped until July 30th, 36 days after my order. The shipment was delivered August 2nd, 39 days after my order.

They understod the importance of what matters
I had serviced my Lewmar winch and lost a sprint. A sprint that stand in the way for a race or not. Mauripro came to my rescue. I received my sprint in two days!

I ordered replacement acrylic for my Lewmar hatches. My hatches were so corroded I couldn't get them apart, so I had to return and order hatches with the frames. Mauripro handled the return nicely and I was refunded. Also, their prices are excellent.

Knowledgeable Staff
I ordered new sheets for my new to me spinnaker. I really didn't understand that spinnaker sheets are different from my genoa sheets.
I had ordered new genoa sheets a few years ago from Mauripro and just loved them.
After placing my spinnaker sheet order, I received an email from Cristina Beuzeville asking what length I wanted the sheets tapered.
Honestly, I had no idea what that meant and she walked me through the process and gave me a recommendation for my boat.
I couldn't be happier!

Fast parts service
