While I had orig. ordered a complete unit from these guys and had to cancel, the service a response time was excellent. In choosing the part that was right for what I was needing to replace, Erick obviously has lots of experience. I'll be back for something else I'm sure!!

My recent purchases with Mauripro have been a great experience. Service and delivery was prompt and pricing was better than many other sellers with whom I shop. Their website provides order status updates but one improvement (IMO) would be automated order status updates via email (e.g., order confirmation and shipping notification w/ tracking number). We ordered a Lewmar autopilot drive motor from Mauripro (at a great price too!) and got confirmation from Erick that it would take 8-12 weeks lead time as the part would have to come from the UK. Erick kept us informed throughout and was very prompt in responding to our specific questions via email. We also received great service from the rest of the team when Erick wasn't immediately available. We had a drop dead timeline to work within and we were extremely happy that the part arrived ahead of schedule! An added bonus! Ordered a windlass and was contacted by Santiago that he would be my customer service rep. I inquired as to when the windlass might arrive and he worked with me to make sure I knew when it was shipped and when it would arrive. I assumed this would take a while, but it arrived at least 5 days earlier than I had anticipated and Santiago kept me informed every step of the way. They have great customer service. Will be ordering supplied from them from now on!

I was having difficulty finding all the deck hardware for my Knysna 500 catamaran. Many of the Lewmar stand up blocks and traveler components were back ordered on most sites. She was able to give me the exact part numbers and dates to receive them in time for our haul out. She "teed" them up perfectly, ordering them with push of a button and the orders perfectly arrived on time. Excellent service very appreciative.

Product was not as ordered. Halyards were 20ft to short for the Beneteau 44 which takes 125 ft and the ones I received were 105 ft

Ordered an auto pilot motor for them. Dealt with Erick, he was very helpful and informal about the timeline on getting my part. The phone number on the website never went through however, was never able to speak to someone on the phone until after getting in touch with Erick through the online chat feature.

having requested information on a lewmar part Sandra got back to me with the info required and other options within a few hours despite time differences, order placed and follow up great now we both wait on lewmar to supply.

Bought parts from Erick at Mauripro, and as it turned out, I sold the boat before using them. Erick was fantastic in helping get the parts returned and for a reasonable return fee. Will use Mauripro in the future on my next boat for sure.
