Ich konnte mit diesem Kurs ohne weitere Hilfsmittel ein Offer erhalten. Super service vom Team und ein starkes Netzwerk an Leuten zum üben.
I have recently received an offer from McKinsey thanks to this program.
Without exaggeration, I would hardly have achieved this without Jorn, Sidi, and their team. Their platform truly provides everything you need in one place to succeed. If you do two things, you can make it too: 1) follow their guidance, and 2) be prepared to dedicate evenings and weekends for several months of preparation.
Through countless practice sessions and targeted feedback, I not only mastered the interview process but also developed strong, structured personal stories that perfectly matched the requirements.
Initially, I was hesitant to join because of the cost. But the value became obvious very quickly—not only did I see major improvements in my casing skills, but I also started applying the same structured thinking and problem-solving methods at my current job. Even my manager noticed and praised the change. At that point, it was already money well spent. And with the McKinsey offer on top, the investment has proven priceless for my future.
I can confidently recommend their service to anyone serious about breaking into consulting.
I have nothing but praises for The MBB offer machine as I learned three core skills during the coaching program:
1. How to think and communicate in a clear and structured manner.
2.How to ask questions that are relevant to the problem at hand and why those questions are important.
3.How to steer a conversation with an interviewer in a mature and crisp way.
The reality is that, even if I didn't receive an offer at an MBB, the learnings from the program absolutely transformed my approach to problems in general.
The program was intense! While I never thought about or considered giving up, I was overwhelmed at some point especially after my first two mentor coaching sessions where I asked myself if I was cut out for this. As time went by however, with consistent work at my own defined pace, I got comfortable with the principles that were taught especially with my attendance of the daily touch point meetings with Sidi and Jörn where I could ask questions and learn from the questions of other mentees.
Prior to the program, I thought "free" Youtube materials should suffice to get me to where I wanted to go. In retrospect, I see how "foolish" of me it was to make that assumption. The lessons I learned in the program was far superior to anything I found for free online.
I went from thinking interviewees simply got lucky to believing that I could crack any case regardless of the industry! And I did it 4 times across two rounds at BCG with confidence and received glowing feedback between rounds.
I wholeheartedly recommend the program for anyone who is interested in getting into MBB or any kind of consultancy for that matter. It's a decision you will not regret especially if you put in the work!
I was able to secure an MBB offer in Germany. With the help of this program, I significantly increased my chances of succeeding in this very demanding endeavour. The program's curriculum provides everything you need to know about solving cases and answering fit questions. Te program is led by former senior MBB consultants who know what they are talking about. As a mentee, I had various opportunities to engage with them: daily touchpoints, a personalized WhatsApp chat, and regularly scheduled 1:1 coaching sessions. If you are serious about getting into MBB and want to minimize the risk of dropping out of the process, I highly recommend applying to this program.
Saying the support is "tailored" would be an understatement, the MBB machine genuinely invests in your success. The consistent follow-ups, high-quality training sessions, and rapid responsiveness have been instrumental in driving real progress.
I am very excited to share that I got an offer to work as an Associate Consultant for McKinsey. Without the aid of the MBB Offer Machine I wouldn’t have succeeded achieving this very demanding goal. The program and the coaches helped me understand the core elements and dimensions needed to be presented and communicated in a demanding interview setting like the one at McKinsey. I learned to structure clearly my thoughts, understand the questions asked and verbalize my findings like a McKinsey consultant would do. I am very glad that this very challenging and demanding journey has come to an end in a positive way for my career and aspirations. Thank you Jörn and Sidi. You believed in me from the beginning, giving me the chance to be coached by you. It was an honour.
Experience was very positive, the programme allowed me change my approach to fit and casing
I received an offer from McKinsey (Associate position), and I truly believe the coaching program made the difference. Before joining, I was rejected by a boutique consulting firm for being too detail/equation-oriented and not client ready.
Here are the top 3 reasons I recommend the program:
1. Clarity on what MBB interviewers actually expect
Case interviews: I used to think that giving the right final answer meant I had done well. The program helped me understand that what really matters is how I get there, through a clear, structured, and logical thought process. I also learned to deliver communication that is sharp, top-down, and impactful, especially for partner-level or C-level audiences.
PEI: McKinsey’s website is vague on what PEI dimensions mean. Through this program, I gained deep clarity on the real expectations behind each dimension and learned how to turn my actual experiences into compelling, high-impact stories.
2. Confidence from being coached by the right people
Before the program, I felt overwhelmed by conflicting advice online, often coming from ex-junior consultants who hadn’t lasted long in consulting. Working with experienced former Partners who had actually interviewed and hired candidates at MBB completely changed my mindset. Their feedback was strategic, honest, and focused on making me succeed.
On top of that, Sidi and Jörn were incredibly available, via WhatsApp and daily live sessions. That level of ongoing access made a huge difference in my ability to iterate and improve.
3. A high-quality, diverse practice community
I got to practice with a wide pool of motivated mentees, both in English and French. This not only helped sharpen my performance but also gave me access to cases that were recently used in real MBB interviews, something no generic prep book can offer.
This program is not just about preparing harder. It’s about preparing smarter, with the right guidance and support. If you’re aiming for MBB, I couldn’t recommend it more.
I'm an US based student in a PhD program at a top school. This cycle for MBB has been especially tough and challenging, so I'm really really lucky to say that I got an offer to join McKinsey as an Associate!
I'll start with the positives:
1) This course really teaches disciplined thinking. I wouldn't have been able to get my McKinsey offer without this specific thing, and I have Sidi, Jorn and some of my coaching staff to thank for this.
2) The program's course materials are really excellent, extensive, and detailed. The structures "taught" aren't about memorizing, it's more a way of thinking logically and drilling in clarity and true understanding of the business problem at hand. The PEI/fit portions are really strong and helped me craft stories that had senior partners and senior experts on the edge of their seats and asking engaging questions.
3) Sidi, Jorn, and some of the coaches offer really invaluable advice that have been instrumental to my success.
4) The supportive group chat with Sidi + Jorn + other staff really helped keep spirits up and also answer quick questions. Very helpful feature that adds a personal touch.
Areas of improvement:
1) Better coordination between coaches and program staff. The program staff offered me an extra coaching session ahead of my final round which I was very grateful for, and my coach said more casing was pointless for me at that point. However, the week before and after this session many peers reached out to me for casing (my contact was being given out). Some even reached out after I had gotten my offer, which is just very bad timing. This is just poor management - the coach should give this feedback to the program staff, and the staff should stop giving out my contact.
2) Setting out clear rules & expectations for interactions with others who get an offer. Some of the peers in the program felt that since my contact information was shared with them they were entitled to my time and help.
3) Being more judicious about when to be tough/when to be supportive. I appreciate the tough love coaching, but I think an element of common sense is missing. I think this is done so that clients who don't listen are forced to listen, but it's frustrating if I already "got it" and the coach is still going on about a mistake I made.
To caveat, I think a lot of these areas of improvement I mentioned are just about human to human interactions that can't really be controlled for, but it's clear to me that the trend is that most of the main program staff are wonderful for work with, but you might not have a good time with a coach or some peers you run into. Of my 4 one-on-one coaching sessions, 3/4 were so helpful and 100% constructive and useful in terms of feedback. Of my ~5 interactions with peers, 3/5 were purely positive. So this course, like most things, is not perfect, but even so it's 100% worth it!
I joined The MBB Offer Machine about a month before my BCG interviews. I had already done a lot of cases, and I wasn’t bad. But still, I felt like something was missing. I didn’t want to just keep repeating the same things. I wanted to push my skills to the next level and really prepare the right way.
This program helped me do exactly that.

A) What really stood out:
1. The content is on a totally different level.
This is not like the free stuff you can find online. The videos go deep into how MBB consultants really think during interviews. It’s not just about memorizing frameworks. It’s about understanding how to break down tough problems, structure your answers, and explain your thinking like someone who belongs at MBB. I’ve honestly never seen anything like this in public resources.
2. The coaches really know what they’re doing.
They are not just people who got offers once and now do coaching on the side. These are ex-McKinsey and BCG people who actually interviewed and hired candidates at the Firm. You can feel that. The feedback I got was very clear, very honest, and focused on what really matters. It was way more helpful than anything I ever got from Preplounge or random peer coaches.
3. The community was super helpful.
Everyone was really focused and motivated. I didn’t have to waste time searching for good casing partners. The people I worked with were serious and well prepared, which made a big difference.
--
B) What helped the most:
1. Learning how to lead a case with confidence and structure.
That was the biggest shift for me. Before, I was kind of just reacting to what the interviewer said. But after learning how to take control of the case, I started driving the conversation. I could feel that my interviewers saw me differently. That helped a lot.
2. Knowing exactly what to focus on.
Since I only had a few weeks to prepare, I didn’t want to waste time. The program gave me a very clear plan. Every video and session felt like it actually moved me forward.
--
C) What could be improved:
The program is only focused on MBB.
That's something you should be aware of. If you’re targeting McKinsey, BCG, or Bain, then this is exactly what you need. But if you're also thinking about firms like Roland Berger or Oliver Wyman, the training will still help, but it’s not made for those firms specifically. The coaches are very honest about this. They focus on where they have real experience, and don’t try to pretend they know everything. I really respected that.
--
D) Final verdict:
If you’re serious about getting into MBB, I can 100% recommend this program. It’s not cheap (as anything that offers premium quality), and it’s not easy. But it simply works. The content is so much better than anything I’ve seen, the coaching is on a different level, and the support is real.
I walked into my BCG interviews feeling way more confident, with tools and thinking that I KNEW most other candidates simply don’t have. I got the offer. And I know why.
Not everything was perfect. There were a few long nights, a few moments where I felt like “I’m not getting it”. But the system helped me get back on track. This wasn’t just more practice. This was real preparation, with people who know what it takes.
Definetly worth it. Would do it again.
I’m incredibly grateful to the MBB OM team who supported me throughout my McKinsey internship preparation journey. Their guidance was rigorous and always tailored to my goals. From sharpening my case structuring and communication to refining personal stories, they provided clear, actionable feedback that made a real difference.
Thank you for being a key part of this milestone!
Joining the MBB Offer Machine was one of the best decisions I made during my consulting application journey. The program is extremely well-structured, and the entire framework is thoughtfully built to guide you step-by-step through what it really takes to land an offer at a top-tier firm.
The two coaches are incredibly experienced – they understand exactly what MBB looks for and were always available to give sharp, personalized feedback. What really stood out was how relevant and actionable the course content was – everything from FIT/PEI prep to case structuring was spot on.
The community aspect also made a huge difference: learning alongside a driven group of peers, practicing together, and supporting each other was incredibly motivating and effective.
Thanks to this program, I ended up receiving an offer from McKinsey – and I can wholeheartedly recommend MBB Offer Machine to anyone aiming for a top strategy consulting firm.
The course provides a comprehensive guide to tackling interviews with MBB firm. They also provide invaluable support through coaching sessions with a range of mentors that have worked in MBB firms previously. I was able to secure an offer with a MBB firm in their London office.
This program will give you a very solid foundation to build upon.
It's very possible to get offers without this program - that's what most candidates do. They key value for me was simply having everything set out for me, not having to waste time with trial and error or sorting through conflicting resources online. Just by going through the modules and doing the practise you will be in a very good position. If you want to maximise your chances and be as efficient as possible, then I think this program is very helpful.
Also especially helpful if you do not have many friends applying to MBB is the peer practise network, which, given the selection criteria, leads to generally higher quality practise buddies than you can find online. Similarly, having 1-1 practise sessions with ex MBB interviewers and many recordings of cases solved by both previous mentees and coaches helps to calibrate your performance.
I was able to get offers from two MBBs and honestly don't think I would have succeeded without the platform. Even just for the accountability it was worth it.
Some negatives:
- No support on psychometric test preparation, had to figure this out mostly alone
- Feedback on cover letter was minimal but perhaps this is because it was already good - I could have always taken it to the daily q&a sessions for extra feedback
- The lectures have been added to over the years resulting in a hodgepodge of new and old content, extracts from zoom calls, etc. The content is still very solid but some of the older videos could benefit from re-recording
- The course is fairly expensive
Overall, if you can afford the program are are really committed to MBB I would recommend it. If you don't want to spend on the program a middle ground might be to find a coach online, e.g. through PrepLounge and do a couple of sessions to calibrate yourself - just make sure the coach is a sufficiently experienced interviewer (i.e. extensive MBB interviewing experience)
Best of luck!
This programm is definitely a top notch coaching specialised for MBB. It offers you a very clear guidance and many useful methods to best prepare yourself for the upcoming interviews!
The coaches take everything very seriously and you will receive personalised support as you need it.
I have made it to the MBB with the help of this program, but do not expect it as a guarantee, the hardwork from oneself is indispensable.
When I first got the email from BCG inviting me to interview, I felt like an imposter My confidence was so low that I genuinely questioned if there was even a point in trying. Everyone else seemed to have these perfect resumes, and I felt like I was completely out of my league. That’s when I came across MBB Offer Machine.
Right from the start, Sidi and Jorn reassured me that I wasn’t wasting my time. I still remember them saying, “MBB firms do NOT waste their resources to invite people to interviews, unless they see real potential.” Hearing that shifted something for me. If I was in the room, it meant I had a shot—and they were all in on helping me make it happen.
I won’t lie, though… I had my doubts at first. The program isn’t cheap, and I really hesitated because of the cost. But what sold me was their success fee model. They don’t just take your money and leave you hanging—they only win when you do. By the time I paid with the money from my BCG signing bonus, it didn’t feel like an expense anymore. It felt like the smartest investment I could’ve made.
Now, if you’re thinking about working with MBB Offer Machine, here’s my honest take: it’s not an easy ride. It’s a decent-sized investment, and the process is intense. I had plenty of moments where I felt frustrated with myself because I wasn’t improving as fast as I wanted. But that’s where these guys really stand out. They didn’t sugarcoat things, but they also didn’t let me spiral. They gave me the tough love I needed, pushed me when I needed it, and kept me focused on the bigger picture.
You have to ask yourself how much an MBB offer is worth to you. If this is what you really want, then stop looking elsewhere. No other program comes close to the depth of knowledge, resources, and commitment MBB Offer Machine provides. They’re all-in on you and your success, and they don’t give up until you get there. Honestly, compared to an MBA, this is a total bargain—and the payoff is massive.
I can’t even describe how good it felt to sign my offer at BCG. It still feels like a surreal dream, and I owe a significant part of that to MBB Offer Machine and their incredible team. If you’re serious about breaking into MBB, these are the people you want in your corner.
The MBB Offer Machine™ was an absolute game-changer for me and played a crucial role in helping me secure an offer from an MBB. What truly sets this program apart is its focus on building a robust problem-solving toolkit rather than requiring you to memorize pre-set frameworks. This approach gave me the confidence and adaptability to tackle any case question, no matter how unique or complex.
The tailored coaching sessions and iterative feedback sharpened my ability to structure problems, communicate effectively, and adapt under pressure. Additionally, practicing with a group of highly competent and motivated peers created an ideal environment for collaborative case preparation, consistently pushing me to improve.
If you're serious about joining a top consulting firm and want a program that equips you with the right tools to succeed, I highly recommend The MBB Offer Machine™
I went from failing my one and only first round interview to getting a McKinsey offer in 3 months. These guys are the real deal.
The team provide you with the tools and guidance to actually learn the fundamental principles and process of problem-solving that can be effectively applied in literally any scenario. You will develop an elite skillset for consulting with expert guidance at every checkpoint.
Do not miss this opportunity.
Really helped me to understand that I must solve the case logically instead of throwing standard frameworks and random points to look at. There are also a ton of strong candidates to practice with.
Before coming across this course, I experimented with several other prep resources and worked through 30–40 cases. However, it was only after going through this course that I was able to really grasp how to tackle cases effectively, which ultimately helped me secure an offer at BCG
I could mention many great things about this course, but I’ll highlight specifically three benefits:
1. Understanding Case Prompts: This course really teaches you how to properly understand and scope case prompt, something most resources miss, yet it’s crucial.
2. Structuring Cases: The course offers a game-changing approach to structure cases. Instead of guessing or using random frameworks, you learn to tackle cases logically. It takes time to master, but once you get it, you can handle almost any prompt you face.
3. Confidence Boost: Walking into the interview, I wasn’t nervous at all about the case part because I knew I was ready for anything. That confidence showed throughout my interviews, allowing me to deliver a stronger overall performance.
