The casing techniques taught by the program are distinct and go beyond typical on-campus resources, making you stand out during interviews. Simply put, if you can secure the interviews and leverage the casing strategies taught here, the job is yours.

The program WILL NOT do everything for you, it still requires extensive networking and hard work on your part to be in a strong position. However, having the support of the entire coaching team makes the journey significantly more manageable. You’ll learn to critically digest and solve any problem of any case type, tailored to any firm's case style.

I’m thankful for the MBB Offer Machine program, which helped me land an offer at Bain & Company. Joining the MBB Offer Machine program has absolutely paid off for me. I was struggling with traditional frameworks and mainstream case prep resources before joining, but the team quickly helped me totally reframe my approach to case solving. Their method is very different (and not easy at first) – it doesn’t rely on memorization but on understanding strategic thinking from very fundamental principles. It took some getting used to, but once I got the hang of it, the effect was clear.

However, one thing that could be improved is the clarity around when to schedule the next coaching session. Sometimes it felt a bit vague in terms of when exactly I should book the next session, or how much time I should take to digest the content before the next check-in. A more defined roadmap on session timing could be helpful. This is the only thing that holds me back from giving the maximum 5 stars.

That said, the content was absolutely top-notch and instrumental in securing my offer from McKinsey. I believe it is clearly the best offer on the market, and I would highly recommend this program to anyone serious about breaking into MBB!

Outstanding coaching, mentorship and a rigorous process oriented approach

I would highly recommend the program, I got 2 offers one of which was an MBB.

The number 1 skill was learning how to systematically navigate and solve a case.

For me the journey to get to the point of receiving offers was really tough, filled with self doubt, painful struggles and frustrating times, but it is well worth it, it took me 7 months from starting the program to receiving my final MBB offer.

To be honest I was super skeptical that it was a scam in the beginning but what helped me to feel confident and trust the program was by speaking to alumni that went through the program. I would ask Sidi or Jörn for some contacts if you are feeling uneasy about joining.

I would recommend the MBB offer machine program for 4 reasons :

1- Their case solving approach is less complex than the other stuff there is online. It is less time and energy-consuming since the method they use is straightforward and can solve any case without memorizing dozens of frameworks.

2- You can trust their experience because Sidi and Jörn both were ex-Engagement managers at McKinsey. Therefore conducting interviews was already part of their daily job, and they could figure out which qualities are necessary for candidates to stand out based on their past experience as recruiters. And they selected their coaches based on this same criterion. I do believe there is a huge difference between someone who has been a former MBB recruiter and someone who has not, that is why I followed them.

3- The coaching is customized according to your own performance. When entering the program, you have access to both a platform with videos but also and more importantly, you have access to several former Engagement MBB managers who will challenge you on hard cases with various hurdles (insight-generation, case maths etc). What I appreciated personally is the fact that they were transparent / honest about my learning curve and guided me with details when I was off-track.

4- Finally, I think the contractual relationship we have is fair. It is a one-shot investment to follow a whole program until you get an offer, there is no extra amount of money to pay, unlike other platforms.

In my opinion, this is an investment in your career. Some people might be afraid to spend money on this type of training but I think it is less time and energy-consuming to follow their advice an 100% instead of case practicing with random people on random cases.

I recently engaged with The MBB Offer Machine™ by filling out their online form for a free 15-minute consultation. Initially, things seemed promising as I received prompt responses and scheduled a call with Jorn from their team, facilitated by Luke who sent a calendar invite. However, after providing my CV as requested, I was informed by Jorn that they couldn't support me, and the scheduled call was abruptly canceled. Despite seeking support and feedback, I was left bewildered and disappointed by the sudden turn of events. This experience raises serious doubts about the legitimacy of their services. It's disheartening to have invested time and energy into what turned out to be a fruitless endeavor.
