MEDBASIC Avis 378

I needed some insulin syringes for my dog. I found exactly what I was looking for in seconds. They happened to be on offer which was a bonus and although I didn’t need them for another five days I chose next day delivery to be on the safe side. Checkout was fast and easy. I received an email with my order number on immediately and an email later on letting me know my items have shipped. They arrived in less than 24hrs. Thank you so much for your perfect service. I would highly recommend and will use again.

Placed an order which was cancled later on with no explanation.

Very simple and easy to use. I did have an issue with an order which seemed to slip through the cracks and go unnoticed for a little while however when I prompted them and questioned the delay they fully admitted they had an oversight on my order and couldn’t apologise enough.

In the end the order was fully fulfilled and the team, especially Claire, took full ownership and corrected their errors. Will use again.

I wrote a comment and I was too quick to jump the gun. They responded to my query and explained what the problem was. I missed the email as it was in my spam. I would like to apologise to Medbasic and thank the staff for their help with my order. Lesson learnt check your emails. Thank you for sorting my problem out straight away.

The site was easy to navigate, order and pay and delivery was fast, everything was as ordered and packaged well. Will definitely use again.
Would recommend to anyone that needs needles etc

Fast delivery

I was concerned after reading some of these reviews that my order wasn't going to arrive.
I was sent a confirmation email immediately after my order, then later in in the day I recieved my royal mail tracking details via email and was informed my order was shipped.
I gave 4 stars because I did email the company with a query and got no response. But my order has arrived today, on time, via royal mail next day delivery.

Awful. Never received my item and have contacted them twice with no response at all. I would avoid

Easy to order, good quality and quick delivery

First time trying these guys, placed an order on the 9th paid for next day delivery which itself was around £7. still hasn’t arrived, no replies to any emails either, plenty other sites to order from don’t waste your time

Placed an order 5 days ago was meant to be delivered by now still nothing. Took the money out of my bank no reply to emails, no-one answering the phone number

Apologises yesterday I put a review up that Medbasic were a scam website
I was a bit hasty TBH ,it was driven by some old TP reviews suggesting the same a recent review and the absence of a response to an email and no one answered the phone
I ended up contacting the bank opening a dispute
Not long after received the tracking information from Royal Mail
In all fairness I should have been a little patient as the goods arrived today
Gave them 4 stars as I think the customer service lets them down a little
Now I know there a legit site I will probably order from them again in the future

I have not received my parcel and the company responded only once via email stating it was delivered. Their customer service is a mobile number which no one answers. They replied promptly to my first email but have seized responding since.

My order arrived on time no complications, easy to find everything you need from the website, definitely will order again

No order after 14 days, no response to emails, no response to voicemails it absolutely shambolic given these are medically required items. Avoid!

Used this company for a long time, always reliable, good quality products with fast shipping!

Absolutely shocking company to deal with didn't get what I ordered still waiting on half of the order arriving what did arrive was wrong tried emailing and phoning the company no response whatsoever
Avoid like the plague
