I paid for next day delivery and no where on the website does it say it might not get next day and I ordered before 2, asked for my delivery money back still had no reply

I was told when I placed my order it would arrive on time
I was told when I placed my order that delivery would take place between 3 to 5 days. This suited me because I was going on holiday 8 days after I placed my order. Unfortunately, you chose to send the order via Royal Mail. Although I was told my order would arrive 3 days before I left to go on holiday to, which would have been fine, the delivery did not happen until I had already left the country. As I was in need of delivery before I went on holiday so that I could take the goods with me and be able to use them while there, the fact that they were delivered 3 days later than stated meant I could not enjoy the vacation nor the cruise. The result being, I will never use your company nor your very poor delivery agent, Royal Mail again.

The 3–5 working day timeframe provided for this product relates to dispatch rather than delivery, and I am sorry if this was not clear from the information provided.
Once dispatched, delivery is handled by Royal Mail and, unfortunately, delays can occasionally occur during transit.
I appreciate how disappointing this must have been, particularly as the items were purchased specifically for your trip, and I am sorry that we were unable to get them to you in time.

Great service and product is brilliant. My husband had a knee replacement operation and this product was just what he needed to help with his recovery. Ordered one day arrived the next day, packaged well and value for money, very pleased with company and product

Great help
This was for my wife and it's to help with the arthritis that she has in her knee, and she has said that it has been a great help with this after the other kind that she was wearing before. I would like to mention that the delivery was great all in all first class.

Everything was fine.
The Aircast unit was perfect for my wife's knee replacement recuperation. Very easy to setup and use. I would say this is a 'must' for anyone in a similar position. Recommended.

Great piece of kit so far
Great piece of kit so far. Does exactly what it says it will do.
Bit fiddly to set up but once it’s done it’s great. Would recommend for anyone that needs reminding to take tablets and have dosage measured for them. Especially useful when tablets must be taken on a time critical basis.
Peace of mind for the family that important medicines are being taken at correct times and gives independence to my family member !
