Order not received
Ordered on March 23rd not received spoke with mediworld they dispatched order again still not received- spoke agin on 3rd April said they will resend order still not received it - have spoken to them yet again in 11th April awaiting on response

Sometimes there are several unexpected circumstances that impede the delivery of the product on time. In this case, as we mentioned in our previous emails, it seemed the courier company lost your parcel.
We've looked on your order and previous emails, and we can see that as soon as you notified us the parcel wasn't delivered, we re-dispatch it again and it was delivered on 11th April.
Again, we sincerely apologise for this and hope we can be of much better service next time.
