Tap turning aids
Evidently what I ordered was discontinued & there was only 1pr of aids to turn taps on/off. I was informed & asked if I would take the 1pr I said yes. Pleased that the refund for 2nd pair was very quickly repaid. The item arrived quickly too. Good service

Have used them a few times, and their service has been good. Despatch is usually fast, and items are well packed.

Take money with when they have no stock
Disgusting - Arthritis sufferer who ordered gel seat cushions over Xmas. Indicated delivery by 7/1/23 which was acceptable. Checked on line to be told that I could now expect the items in February.
"Order awaiting fulfillment" No indication when ordering that items were not even in stock - had I known I would not have placed order.
Firms should not take orders with no stock unless customer made aware and is prepared to wait.

The package was delivered on time, no problems. I can have better night's sleep again. These pillows I have been buying over the last 20 years and keep away the pain better than any pillow I have tried.
