I ordered a replacement ‘bag’ for my…
I ordered a replacement ‘bag’ for my Three-Wheeled Walker. The order was despatched within a couple of days, and I was kept informed of this. Unfortunately the despatch coincided with the Royal Mail Strike Actions. For whatever reason my parcel never arrived. I emailed Mediworld to inform them, and their response was fast and apologetic. They despatched a replacement and again I was kept informed.
The second parcel arrived within 3 days.
I am delighted with their service, the quality of my new bag, and their response to my contact with them.

Needs a strap
I was a little disappointed to find the collar ordered didn’t have an adjustment on the Velcro, the small size is good but my previous collars had to extra velcro on the strap which I found much better

Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback. As you mentioned, unfortunately, the collar that we sell only have 1 velcro strap. However, the velcro's lenght is 12cm which you'd be able to adjust the measure that you need it.

I ordered this lumber support on the advice of my Physiotherapist, to help support my lower back whilst at work. I have a physical job. It is of great quality, and the gives me the support I need.
