Didn't receive what I ordered
I'd ordered Covid Covid tests which I needed urgently so I paid to have a courier but they sent it royal mail. I've still not received them so I've had to order more from another company. I had to chase up to get my money for the courier I didn't have.

Incorrect products delivered
Incorrect products delivered, no apology, on return claimed 1of products had been opened a 1 piece missing so refused to refund for that product. Products had not even been removed from original packaging so impossible any pieces missing.

professional and prompt service. Stethoscopes are,no doubt,top quality but you pay top price as well as, what I consider, overpriced delivery cost.
