Edited review: while initially I had a problem with fair assessment, Meelie were very professional in sorting this out. They sent me CCTV footage and provided a reasonable reassessment. Would use again.

They provided very quick service and were true to their word. If you're honest about the condition of your device, you'll receive an honest price. I find it frustrating when people leave negative reviews simply because they misrepresented the condition of the device to get a lower price.

Rejected the offer but very professional
Apparently my phone had a very small Dent and hence the firm gave me a very lowball offer which I rejected. They were very professional after that and returned my phone via first class post immediately

Lower your expectations
Started off well with an extremely generous offer for my unit. At 18 months old it was never going to be perfect but using the criteria on their website it fell into the Excellent category. But no, they deemed it to be fair. Sending an image that must have been magnified at 10 or 20x, to show a tiny scratch. The image was so magnified, it looked like the surface of the moon. Alleged scratches on the glass the glass but no images. Yet a fair description on their website showed phones with extremely visible scratching and other damage. So you can’t help but feel ripped off. Done with mobiles now, given the S25 just purchased is no different to the S23 from 3 years ago and S24 just traded in. Pointless. So be very careful when approaching Meelie.
