What a beautuful granite memorial from Memorials Direct. Excellent service from start to finish. The quality of the memorial is also excellent and more beautiful than the website pictures. I asked for Robins to be engraved rather than flowers and this was done expertly. What a lasting memorial to my aunt. My package was delivered on the 3rd day after finalising my order. Thank you so much.

Beautiful memorial stone
The granite memorial vase and plaque arrived sooner than estimated. It is beautiful, engraving done by Jamie is perfect. Must admit was a bit unsure ordering it via Amazon but we couldn’t be more pleased with it. Would highly recommend.

Excellent quality and workmanship
I fully researched before ordering a plaque and found the pricing to be better than competitors . Some were only 1 cm thick so I ordered off Memorials Direct. On receipt I am delighted with the quality and workmanship. Thank you Jamie!

Wonderful experience at a difficult time
The whole process at a difficult time was really well organised. Lots of communication and proofs for me to view. Lovely experience and the finished product was beautiful and perfect.
I would definately recommend, there was no pressure just help and continued support and updates from Faith.

Beautiful and realistic roses
The flowers arrived very quickly and packaged well so there was no crushing . Flowers are beautiful, only 2 of the Memorials pots were weighted the other 2 were extremely light , hopefully the wind won't take them. Very happy with them and when the time comes to replace them I will definitely use this company again. Whilst at first sight the Memorials appears to be expensive, in the long run they will definitely pay for themselves. I bought 4 different pots to allow me to swap them about as I would have with real flowers. Thank you for making a difficult time and choice easier.
