I have received first class customer service from this company, from my first enquiry right upto receiving my plaque. Faith was excellent and answered my emails quickly and professionally and Jamie did an excellent job with the engraving. My plaque was also delivered really quickly and with care, I wouldn't hesitate in buying from Memorials Direct in the future

Customer service at its best!
The conpany were very helpful when I made a mistake with the wording on my memorial vase order and my daughter contacted them because I wasn't too well. The vase is absolutely beautiful and an afordable price. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would recommend them to others for their kind and brilliant customer service.
