Overall very pleased with Memory Box
Overall very pleased with Memory Box, but there was an issue with a small area of damage on the perspex sheet for mounting my picture. Memory Box sent a replacement perspex sheet very promptly though and I would recommend this company and their wide range of frames.

Not the quality I would have expected
Not really happy with my photo frame. Frame seems okay in itself but it arrived with damaged hanging part and the mount was not wide enough for my picture. In fairness they replaced the back and the mount quickly and without any fuss so that was a good thing.
I was a bit shocked to find that instead of glass there is only plastic which scratches and looks grubby. The second mount sent also doesn't quite cover my picture so all in all having spent over £25 on a small frame I am left thinking it is a mistake to buy something like this on line without first seeing it.

Product was delivered to the wrong address. Contacted customer service through phone, email, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and online chat but no response. This site could be a scam to take your money. Do not buy from Memory Box.

Beautiful large picture/photo frame
I purchased this large wooden frame for a poster I bought at a craft fair and was absolutely delighted. It was extremely well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

Memory Box is my go-to for feames
Have ordered previously so Memory Box were a definite’go-to’. Great choice of frame styles, I opted for a rustic grey wash frame which shows off my painting perfectly! Well packaged and fairly quick delivery.
