Fun process. Easy to use. Great customer service. Book looks and feels premium. Will buy again for graduation book.

We had great customer service trying to finish our book. We got several extensions to edit stories and put in our pictures. Quick email responses helped us continue the process when we had some editing problems. We had to keep shifting from the edit mode to the printed page mode and that seemed time consuming. We absolutely loved the book and appreciate the help when needed. Thank you.

I was so excited to get the opportunity to create my very own book filled with my favorite memories. I received this gift from our daughters. I honored my husband, daughters, grandchildren, parents, siblings and friends with stories and pictures of my life’s memories. I absolutely love how it turned out! The hard-copy book is professionally assembled with clear pictures that I chose. The pages are a wonderful grade that won’t tear easily. I cannot put into words the joy this has given me. It’s a keepsake that I will treasure forever. ❤️

In the beginning since I am not too keen on technolog but it became easier as I continue on. The spell check help.
Photos I struggle but my husband assisted me.
The end result was great, and my children and grandchildren have a much better understanding of my life. They all are reading and enjoying the stories and pics.

I'm almost halfway through the year managing a shared MemoryGram book for my parents. I paid to have two storytellers and the questions have been getting delivered inconsistently at best. One week my Mom will receive a question and respond, the next my Dad. Sometimes they will have to share a response as only one will get the question, other times neither of them get the question. Their settings are set up correctly - confirmed by customer service, also awful - but the platform does not work. Customer Service is impossible to get ahold of and unhelpful when you do. Would not recommend in the slightest and will not use again. Actively seeking a refund.

Never received it

The captions for the photos should always be on the same page. I have many that the photo is on one page and the caption is on the following page.

Also your update was a difficult transition.

They have been very responsive with email communication and helped answer all my questions. My parents have really enjoyed writing their stories and we can't wait to see the books!

I had plenty of help offered to me whilst I created my book. There was always someone on the other side who was available and answered promptly. They were able to offer advice to fix some of the problems that I had and allowed me extra time to complete my story. Thank you !

This was the best experience ever. The editor was very easy to use for my mom and also it allowed us to add a bunch of other people to contribute to the story turning it into a family project. Everyone could add voice recordings which are accessible from the book. We had some issues with longer recordings but we were able to add multiple recordings to the same chapter.

Very easy to navigate system, and the questions are excellent! Customer service is responsive and helpful as well.

The whole experience was seamless. From writing the book, importing pictures and ordering it!! The quality of the paper they use is terrific and all of my pictures look identical to what I was viewing on my computer. Also, from ordering to receiving my books only took 5 days. My delivery actually came early ( not like Amazon)!!!

When my father died, there was a lot of things that I wish I had said to him and a lot of questions. I'd wished I'd ask him and so I thought we wouldn't make the same mistake with my mother so we got her Memorygram to tell her story and it turned out better than we could possibly imagine.

Memorygram debe contar con un traductor en su equipo, ya que a pesar de ser una empresa estadounidense, realmente han logrado configurar su sistema de tal manera que el español resulta sumamente preciso en el producto final. Recomendaría este servicio a cualquiera que busque una opción en español para narrar historias de vida.

Memorygram has set up a wonderful way to get your personal or family history written. They provide scores of thought-provoking questions to prime the pump. But we also made up our own questions and titles of chapters, so we could personalize it any way we wanted to. You can also include pictures and even recorded statements. Then they go all out to deliver a professional, polished finished copy. We have wanted to write our history for years, but when our kids gave us this as a present for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, it really helped us have some structure to get started! We worked on it the rest of 2025 and into 2026. Thank you Memorygram!! Highly recommended! They are really good to work with.

We decided to gift this for my Dad's 70th birthday! He is the man who has everything and we wanted to be able to gift him a keepsake. Memorygram was really use to use and they gave great suggestions and guidance on what questions to ask. You do need to make sure you keep up with the schedule though, as I wasn't noticed when I needed to add more questions to the schedule. Overall, they were great to work with and I'm looking forward to seeing the end product!

I've had a chance to read my memorygram book and I'm thrilled with the finished product! All my stories printed so beautifully. I'm very pleased with my whole memorygram experience. Someone at hellomemorygram (customer service) was always available to help when I had questions or concerns. I highly recommend using memorygram to record your personal or family history. It is truly a fun, happy experience.
