I got a very good price for the boiler and the installation was good as well with 10 years warranty. They were very helpful and even came back few weeks later to alter pipework for building works.

My advise to new customers is please make complaints to "Gas Safe Register"and to Loan provider in case of any problem from
the installer, instead of you run behind him,you make him running behind you.
Having installed a new cheap Biasi boiler(ill advice by Director)is not properly working since installed in April.Now Mera Boiler does not care at all.Here is our saving in energy bill because of no C/H
usage.
In case of payment in cash,you may pay 50% in advance but do not
sign on Goods Received Note/Work completed document atleast for
another few days till you are satisfied and then release balance of
remaining amount.
Mera Boiler has cheated me who is older than his dad(if alive)
I have every intention to teach him a good lesson.Whatever work
has been done by Mera is in the same condition and any interested
person/legal authority can inspect at any time.

This company is absolutely amazing, I called yesterday and they changed my old conventional boiler with water tank and emersion heater to a combi boiler today. They even removed a radiator that I didn't want in the kitchen and even fitted my new shower free of charge. Above all else they quoted me the best price in town gave me the longest guarantee and even did it in a day you cant say fairer than that!

Very bad service and since may 2018 they installed boiler and it's given us 5 x times troubles and breaked down, I called them but they said engineer will comes when he has time.
In the cold weather we didn't have warm heater in our house.
Please don't buy from mera boiler, then you will be in trouble.

Top job, i had an old back boiler and hot water tank removed and converted my system into a combi system. Mera guys did the job in 2 days and sent out 5 guys at one point in time to work on my property. They left the house clean and no issues with workmanship, a note to any individuals; look after the installers and they look after you ;D.

Please don’t waste your time, when they installed they are very nice when it come for services they start making excuses

My mother who is a vulnerable single pensioner and cancer patient contacted Mera boiler for a boiler installation last year and At the time of the quotation she believed they would put the new boiler in same position as the old boiler. After they took half payment upfront the engineer told her they have to relocate the boiler and put it in an awful position very low in the middle of the kitchen with copper tubing running all over the kitchen. Unfortunately my mum didn't knowany better and trusted them. When the boiler manufacturer engineer came he mentioned the terrible position of the boiler and so did the Gas Safe engineer who found faults in the installation. After speaking to a couple more Gas Safe engineers who were shocked at the workmanship, we have demanded they relocate the boiler which hasn't been done yet. I’ve had two boilers installed this week one at my dad‘s house and one at mine. They have done a fantastic job At both properties . Their workmanship and the engineers are remarkable. They completed both properties in the given timescale they left both properties clean of any rubbish.

they put our boiler in very good time but they did not fulfill their promises .i told them we need a timer for more than two setting but they did not .i very disappointed.

If you want to leave your work to professionals .. this is the right band you need to be in touch with.
