Just experienced a very good maintenance service. We recently switched on the heating but water pressure was down and suddenly had no hot water and no heating. I have taken service guarantee with them. The Boss answered my phone and guided me via what’s up video call and resolved it. Now boiler and heating are working well. This thing happens when we switch on heating after a long time I understand. We are very happy with Mera Boiler. They are professional, friendly & you will not be disappointed at all. We had a minor leakage from the radiator and we rang on their emergency number. They answered the phone and guided us, which was very helpful. In short they resolved the issue over the phone. We would definitely recommend Mera Boiler.

Work requirement: Replace and remove old "heat only" boiler with combi boiler, replace and remove 3 radiators, remove hot water cylinder and cold water tank, cut excess pipes to make space, fit Google Nest, Gas safe certificate

They came out reasonable and accurate along with good offering on fitting/services. Agreed what's needs doing and they completed work as per requirement and on time.
