Meriski Avis 4

I wouldn't recommend Meriski at all. We had our holiday cancelled due to French travel restrictions, we agreed to keep our full amount with Meriski and move the dates instead only to be now told that they've changed their minds and we can no longer have the dates we had confirmed. Luckily it's not til the end of this year so we have time to reorganise but a bizarre and completely unprofessional turn of events. The team were completely disorganised and clearly not communicating with each other, their responses were unhelpful. Perhaps most frustratingly of all, Meriski didn't even attempt to find a solution.

This company behaved so incredibly badly to us regarding our holiday last year. They have not repaid a single penny to us even though the holiday was cancelled by them. Even when we eventually managed to get most of the money from the insurer they refused to refund the excess. So basically Meriski took full payment for an all-inclusive holiday they did not provide.

We’ve been using these guys for years, since before kids. They chalets are all excellent and they always pick great staff - no kids out if school looking for a holiday and who can’t scramble an egg. Can’t recommend Huw and the team enough. What are you waiting for?Book your holiday with them.
